Ambulance

When Iain and Sam arrive the door was left ajar. They tend to cara quickly and realise she is one of their own so radio in to expect her arrival. " didn't know she had a kid?!" Sam said pointing to the Moses basket and baby gym in the corner of the room.

"She's married, her husband may have the child" Iain suspects.

"Do we have identification on who phoned for the ambulance?" Sam asked ad they bundled cara into the ambulance. Just as a neighbour came out to see the commotion.

"Hmm, I shal radio in and find that out" he replies.

" Can we help?" Sam asked the neighbour. "Is that that young lass? Heard a bit of shouting before hut thought nothing of it. Happens quite a bit" she said

Sam nods "okay, has there been ambulances called before?" She questions.

"Well they've only lived her the past three months, I guess not. I'm sure she was pregnant when they moved in... very private I must say" the neighbour explains.

Iain takes the name of the lady in case they need to contact her or pass her details to the police.
"Baby must only be young" Iain said.

Sam nods and they agree to take her in and put her under observations.

As the were leaving the ED they bumped into raf. "Hey, hour friend cara had just been brought in." Iain said before having rush off to another call.

Raf stops and thinks and quickly heads down to the ED. He watches as people fuss around cara. Connie noted the bruises on her wrists that were fresh and when they log rolled her Alicia notices a bruise on her back.

"Can we alert the social please, also anyone know of a contact to her husband?" Connie speaks.

" Husband?" Raf spoke "never mentioned one" he added.

Connie turns around to see Raf standing there, "she's allowed a private life" she simply replies as Bea leaves to find a number for Jed.

Raf stood watching the team working round cara. She began to stir and called out for Pippa. Raf looks at her confused unsure of who she's calling for.

He made his way I've to her signalling to Connie he could calm her. Connie stepped aside.
"Hey you. It's okay. Tell me who pippa is?" He soothed rubbing her arm as she calmed.

She shakes her head and gets tearful, she didn't want to ruin what she's got with Raf by mentioning she's got a child.

"Come on. Caz. You can tell me. We can help." He Assured her

"Please just leave me alone" she says.

"Mrs Beauchamp, Mr Martinez said he'll be here in ten minutes" Bea speaks.

Car flinched slightly as she heard the news. "Cara please tell me what's wrong?" Raf says and grabs her hand.

Cara pulled her hand away making raf put the pieces together. "He did this didn't He?"

Cara just stares into space and doesn't reply at all, Raf storms off in frustration, walking straight into Jed. "Is she okay?" Jed questions thinking Raf is her doctor.

"Sorry?" Raf asks.

"Is my wife okay? I heard she had a fall of some type?" He questions.

Raf looks at him. "You did this to her didn't you?"

"Me? What, no! I love Cara. I wouldn't lay a finger on her. She said she wasn't feeling good so I said I would take our daughter out for a walk to let her rest" Jed says making up a believable story.

"Sorry. She's just a close friend of mine." Raf apologises.

Jed nods and walks into see Cara. "Hey babe, I'm so glad you're okay" he smiles as he goes over and hugs her.

while he hugged her he whispered "you drop me in this you'll never see Pippa again"

He hugs her but digs his fingers into her neck, she holds in everything and just nods back. He let go and turned to one of the nurses "when can I take her home?"

"We just need to watch her for a while that's all" the nurse smiles.

"Jed, where's Pippa?" Cara asks.

"At your mum's. Dont worry I explained what happened " he smiled. Putting on an act in front of the staff.

"Good" Cara replies and sits silently.
