<In my story the infant is going to be a boy.>
I looked around for my so-called Master. Something or Someone suddenly started laughing behind my back their voices held happiness and naiveness nothing more or less. Angrily I turned around. "In the name of Genie gods please don't let it be one of those naive creatures who only think about other people and die slowly and painfully." A small child no older than two looked at me innocently. Me Who just realized that this young child is my new master fell in my knees hopelessly. "Why...?" The baby looked at me reaching his hands out. I Tilted my head confused. "Um...human creature, what do you need?" The baby just looked at me for a second and began giggling waving his hands around. "A hug," I said blushing slightly. Nobody had asked me for one before hell I don't even know how a hug feels like, after all, I am just a genie who lives in a lamp and has no purpose but serve my master. I carried the infant in my arm as it or he snuggled against my chest.
I looked around for this child's parents. Annoyed by the fact that he was in a cold dirty alley. There was nothing there to keep him warm only the basket that he was resting on. Something else that got me mad was that my beautiful lamp was in this alley and this kid found it and he can't even talk properly yet.
Right at the exit of the alley, I saw a white figure. Her head to toe was covered in a white light. She was floating in the air nervously if I am right biting her nails as if looking for someone. She suddenly saw me holding the one / two-year-old infant. "Zen!" She ran towards me and tried to grab the child out of my hands but only to see that her hands passed right through the child.
She glared at me hatefully and kicked me only to see that the kick landed on me. She quickly looked up and stared at me with frightened eyes. "Y-You can see me!" I stared at her with my stormy gray eyes that held no emotions made me even look more intimidating. "Yes I can and If I may ask who are you and what is your business with this hu— Child" She looked around clearly nervous. "I am this child's mot— Imaginary friend," I noticed that she was going to say something else but she quickly change what she was saying. "Who are you!?" She suddenly and bravely asked me.I looked at her amused by her behavior. "Well, Miss. Imaginary friend. I am a Genie I do not have a name yet as it is this child's responsibility to name me and he is clearly not gonna name me right now" She looked at me or I think she did as her bangs were covering half of her face. "You are a Genie!?" I'd look around, then at the child in my arms. "By the looks of it, Yes."
