Pool party more like im sorry

Clara's pov
After a long week of school, the thought of Jacks party was like a vacation to me.

I got out of the shower, put on my swimsuit, then some shorts and a T-shirt, brushed my hair, then threw my sandals on and headed out the door to pick up Ashlyn.

After getting Ashlyn we both went over to Jacks around eight. "Jack?" I say walking in the house.

"In here, I'm setting up the playlist" he says. I walk up to him and give him a kiss.

"When are people coming" I ask. "They should be here around eight thirty, if not later" says Jack.

"Hey I'm gonna go out to the pool and see what Nate's doing" says Ashlyn.

About an hour later people started showing up.

In walked Kelly and Thomas Reed, the most overrated, popular set of people you'll find. Their family was rich, so you know how that works.

By now everyone was swimming or either out talking and dancing.

Meanwhile Ashlyn, Jack, Nate and I were all swimming together, laughing at how Nate kept jumping in and doing cannon balls.

We all had a few strong drinks, "Hey I'm gonna get out for awhile I'll be back" says Jack. "O-ok you sure your okay? You don't need me to come" I ask.

Jack says "know I'll be fine, just have some fun tonight ok?" While getting out of the pool. That was suspicious.

"Hey do you know what's going on with Jack?" I ask Nate.

"No but he does seem jumpy lately. I would ask him about it tonight, I'm sure everything's fine." Nate says

"Okay I'll get out in a little while and go check on him" I say. I need to give Jack some space.

Brent's pov
"Hey Mom I'm gonna go ridin' I'll catch ya later" I say while getting off of the couch.

"Okay be back before midnight, go explore and make some new friends." She says while smiling.

"Yeah whatever, bye" I say grabbing my helmet and walking out. News friends my butt.

Clara's pov
Everyone at the party was wasted out of their mind. It's been about an Hour since Jacks been gone.

"Hey ash I'm gonna go check on him, it feels weird not spending time with Jack at his own party" I say

"Okay I'll be here eating" she said while stuffing her face with some pizza.

I get up and head inside to go upstairs. Once I'm upstairs I Knock on Jacks door.

"Hey Jack it's me, open up" I yell. I don't get any response. So i open the door and see Jack naked on top of Kelly Reed.

"What the actual fuck is going on!" I scream.

They both look my direction, I try my best not too cry but tears start streaming down my face.

"Oh m-my god Clara, I'm so sorry" he says while getting up and putting a blanket around his waist.

"Jack are you gonna tell her how we've been doing this for the past two months?" Says Kelly.

That's when I lost my shit.

"Wait wait wait! Two months you've been cheating on me and you didn't think I'd ever find out?" I say

Jack looked down. "Clara I-I'm sorry it just happened!" He says

"Yeah well I hope you two stuck up selfish people enjoy each other" I say walking out.

"Wait babe I wanna work this out." Jack says running after me.

By this time I'm already outside. "No were over. Leave me the hell alone" I say crying.

I'm so mad that I end up leaving and walking home.

"Great now this is gonna take fifteen minutes." I say rolling my eyes.

After about five minutes of walking I hear a loud roar coming from behind me.

I turn around and a guy with a helmet pulls up and says "need a lift?" I shake my head.

"Do I know you?" I ask.

The guy takes off his helmet and it turns out that it was Brent Collins.

"What's wrong?" He asks while frowning.

"How about we go somewhere to talk." He says

"Okay I know a place that's close." I say while wiping my tears and getting onto his bike.

We pulled off and I'm gonna admit, the wind felt so good in my hair as I held onto Brent's waist.

We arrived at an old hangout of mine and my Dads, when I was little we would come here and star gaze.

It was surrounded by trees and it was the most peaceful place I could think of.

We sat down in the grass and I said "isn't it beautiful?" He looks deep into my eyes "yeah it really is." He says making me blush.

"So anyways what happened tonight, you look like shit" Brent says laughing.

"Well I u-um, Jack had a pool party and he's been acting weird lately. He told me he was gonna go inside for a while, I thought nothing of it but when he was gone for too long I got up to find him having sex with another girl" I say

Brent was speechless.

"Oh and come to find out, he's been doing it for two months." I say looking down.

All the sudden I'm engulfed in a hug by Brent. "I'm so sorry that shit head did this to you Clara" he said quietly.

"Let's just not talk about it anymore, tell me more about yourself. I feel like I barely know you" I say smiling.

"Well I'm a small town in Tennessee, I have a little sister. I moved here to live with my Mom since my Dad has a business trip. My parents are divorced and the only thing that keeps me sane is my bike" he says.

"I'm sorry to hear about that." I say looking into his eyes.

"What about you?" He asks smiling

"Well I am an only child. My dad died in a car crash when I was eleven. I've always lived her my whole life. The only thing that's keep me sane is Netflix." I say laughing.

Brent smiles and it sends electricity down my body.

We end up talking about the most random things all night.

When we pulled into my drive way I said "this was fun, we should hang again."

Brent nods while grinning widely. "See ya Clara" he says while riding away in the night.
