Hey peeps 🐾
I need to apologize! I haven't updated this book in literally like two months! I need to up my game! I know! I have no excuses!

Anyways, I was thinking of this. What if we make a deal? How about when I reach 45 followers I post every day all week ;) If miss a day, I'll do two chapters the next day. Hopefully YouTube doesn't control me too much this week! Lol.

Lastly, I was thinking I could do either questions or quotes of the day every time I update. Please let me know if I should do this or not!

Umblebee:

I just learned the hard way that it's not easy to catch a fish. Since I am obviously not part of the catfish clan (a/n: LOL), I struggled greatly for about ten minutes, my paws useless against the rushing cool water.

Are they laughing at me? Already tired and hungry , I'm probably just hallucinating. I guess not. The fish teasingly swim around me and I look away .

Jerks. The struggle is real.
My attention quickly zooms into a bush. Did I just see a cat tail?
I didn't even realize there was someone behind me. A figure slowly approaches, struggling to walk properly.

Gavin?

Luckily, my prayers are answered and not Gavin, or even a cat, emerges from the bush. A young fox waddles toward me, whimpering. Her paws are blood red, clashing with her orange fur, which is ruffled and disturbed. I notice a bear trap has claimed her back leg, blood oozing out of the wound. I frown.

She is in pain! I quickly rush to her. "Are you ok?" She turns to face me and her face is pale and stony. I run to find something to chew on but she is already at the Revir, and has already caught 4 fish.

Wow. I obviously need to up my game.

She eats two of her fish and give the others to me. I take a bite. The fish is chewy but soft enough to be appetizing. I gulp it all down as fast as I can, afraid the food will disappear. "Well? Are you going to thank me?" Obviously the food she ate gave her not only strength but confidence too as her mood has changed. She winces as she moves her paw forward. Not expecting her mood change, I reply.

"Oh, yes, I thank you. Most definitely. My name is Umblebee. Uhm, I'm from the Courageous clan. Merida is our leader. Do you know us? Wel-"

"Idiot! Do you even brain? No wonder you can't catch any fish, you're too small minded! I asked you to apologize, not force me to know about your life!" Obviously this fox has some spunk. "Well, at least tell me about you since I 'forced you to know about my life'".

Her green eyes sparkle and more color seems to rush to her face. "My name is Gina. I used to be in the Sly clan but became a ranger since I broke the code." This catches my attention immediately. "Code? What do you mean, code?" Her eyes glint with satisfaction, "In the Sly clan, we have the basic rules like no trespassing, no joining other clans, and such. But I broke the most important rule that must be not be broken at all times..."

FLASHBACK
'Mommy, is being a clan leader always a good thing?" Mother is bent over, improving our little beds, adding moss and soft flowers. She turns to look at me. "No honey, not necessarily. Your father is a prime example." She drops her moss. I thank mother for answering and head to the clan border, where my close friend is. "Hello Tim," I say. "Hello Gina. How has your day been?" I smile. "Awesome!" The young child smiles. Tim is so genuine. Suddenly...
