How to Keep a Mummy...AND A DRAGON! {Reader Insert}[Book 1]

Chapter 4) After school

Last time:
"Ohayo Sora-kun." (Y/n) said.
"Ohayo (Y/n)!" Sora said while wave with a closed smile. Not wanting to question (Y/n)'s extra bag, they went off to go to the entrance of hell- I mean school. On the way to school, on the hill was someone familiar to (Y/n). She sees a blob of pink hair and realized it was her best friend, Haruka Mika.

"Haru-kun!" As the pinkette turns around, he faced a massive impact, that was also known as (Y/n), onto the floor. 
Now

"H-hey! Get off of me you idiot!" Mika yells trying to get the young (h/c)ette off of him.

A couple of minutes, which seems like hours to Mika, (Y/n) finally gotten off of Mika and all three of them started to walk to school. It was silent the whole way so far, it wasn't uncomfortable or anything, it had a peaceful atmosphere around them. Breaking the reserve medium, Sora finally asked a question.
"Ne, Haru-kun, can I ask you a question?"
"Tch, first off, don't address me like as if you know me; my name is Haruka Mika. Second of all," Haruka said with a slight smirk on his face. "You already asked a question."
Sora, being dumbfounded about all of this, (Y/n) explains that Haruka was always like this since they knew each other since diapers. A smirk came upon  (Y/n)'s face soon after.
"And besides Sora-kun, Haru-Chan was always been a tsundere!" (Y/n) stated while Mika was a blushing mess. Pulling on Sora's arm a tad bit to make him go faster, you can hear Mika screaming out, "(Y/n) GET BACK HERE YOU BAKA!!!" making the two friends laugh.

They finally got to school, and barely escaping Mika's grasp of strangling them because of embarrassment, they went to class with five minutes to spare.
(Timeskip to after school because no one likes school)
"Ja ne!" (Y/n) said to Tazuki and Sora before she started  to leave the classroom. As she continues to leave, she heard a little noise down at her second school bag. Quickly, before anyone else heard the noise, (Y/n) ran out of the room and proceed to the student council room where she knows it'll be safe for Akiko.
Opening up the second bag that she brought to school, it reveals a little sky blue dragon named Akiko. A few seconds later, a knock on the door could be heard. Knowing that someone will find out about the little dragon, she yelled a quick, "Please wait a minute!" as she sets down Akiko on a table and told him to quietly stay there. Opening the door, (Y/n) sees Daichi with bags under his eyes and his hair all messy. Giggling, (y/n) spoke up, "Let me guess, you want to sleep here?" Nodding his yes in reply, she got the room set up: a couch that he is able to sleep on, a pillow, blanket, and some talismans. Why talismans you ask? Well, they're for luring baku here to eat off nightmares of course! 'Reader-kun might not understand this, geez Author-san, you must very lazy not to explain.'
While setting up the room, (Y/n) spoke out loud, "You see readers, it's the president's job to make everybody here safe. I'm fully aware of Daichi's conditions, but since I can't let him sleep during class, I let him sleep here after school." Daichi, who was confused of what's going on, but he didn't question it as he fell asleep on the couch having a good night sleep unlike he had at home, while (Y/n) goes out for her other club activities.
[Meanwhile with Sora and Tazuki]
As the two boys walk down the hallway, a little conversation spraked between them.
"Ne, Tazuki-kun, don't you club activities to do?"
"Hai, are you headed home now?"
"Yep! I'm worried about Mii-kun, I hope he's doing okay at home without me."
"I see. Well here then." Tazuki said as he gives Sora his Writing notebook. "These are notes for English class. I'll come to your place after school, you better finish writing down the notes by then."  Then he whispers into his ear, "You're in trouble if you bomb the next exam, aren't you." Then he left giving Sora a shocked expression as Tazuki leaves to go to his club room; leaving Sora all by himself in the hallways.
Walking out of the school building, heading for home, he thought,
'Studying after school huh? I think I can prepare dinner before they come over," as he smiles to himself then speed walking his way home, not noticing a certain cloud that looks a special someone waiting for him at home.

"Tadaima!" Sora said as he entered the living room to see Mii-kun looking dead, face planted on the surface of the table. "M-M-Mii~kun! He's dried up again!"
Giving Mii-kun the water that he need to keep hydrated, he looks so rejuvenated unlike his state before Sora got home.
"Ne ne Mii-kun. Are you drinking water all day while I was out?" Sora questioned while the little mummy nodded in response.
Putting his hand on his chin, and rubbing his non-existing beard as he thought out loud, "Why does he keep on getting dried up then?"
Looking down, he sees the little mummy running to his other hand that was on the counter to see that Mii-kun was hugging one of his fingers.Gasping in realisation he said, "I think it's time to cook dinner." Mii-kun looked up for a second, then he ran to get a knife that was three times his side before Sora practically screamed for him to let go, making sure he doesn't hurt himself with such a sharp object.  Slowly remembering of what Mii-kun wanted to say last time, he realised that he wanted to help to in order to stay in the house. 'You still haven't given up on helping with the chores, huh?' Sora thought as he sweatdropped in a daze. Looking around the house to find an improv version of a knife, Sora found a box cutting. Glue, and a box to make a mini knife for Mii-kun to use.
Hey guys! School is out for me (yesterday) and I can't wait for Summer! Even though it's Summer Vacation, I don't have a lot a free time. Even so, I'll try not to be lazy and actually update something than working on old stories that I may not republish😂. Anyways, enjoy your Summer!
