"Take a break, Betty," Veronica spoke, " it looks as if you haven't slept a week."

Veronica looks toward her friend, attending to customers in the restaurant. She preoccupied herself with work.

Betty sat beside Veronica.

"B was hoping we could have girl night together," Veronica spoke.

"Oh, nothing special, just trying to cheer you up."

"And maybe this could cheer Cheryl up too since there no lead about Dilton condition," she continues.

"Did you tell Jughead about Chuck."

"No".

"Veronica, I don't want talk about it," knowing where she was going with the conversation.

"I didn't know you're great to cook." Looking Jughead putting his food to join her on the table.

She removes his hand.

"Too late I have girl night with Veronica tonight."

"I wish it me you say yes not Veronica," pecking her lips.

"Jughead I haven't been spending much time with Veronica."

"I have spent most of my time with you, she added.

"Oh really," he smiles

"Maybe tomorrow I'm free," Betty standing up.

"OK my Juliet," Wrapping his arms around her.

Betty felt material on her neck. But she didn't open her eyes.

"You can open your eye now Bett".

Her eyes see look it necklace it was so beautiful.

"Jughead loves Betty", Betty looking at the necklace.

"It's beautiful Jughead," Betty smile,d wrapping her arms around his arm.
