14.0 Sirens

Y/N POV

"Wanna go to Taco Bell ?" David asks, after 2 hours of watching FRIENDS. I nod my head.

We get into his car and head to Taco Bell. "I have to go film with the guys today, wanna come?" He asks, as we pull out of the driveway. "Nah, I can't. I have a conference with my manager."

"What's it about? Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, YouTube offered a YouTube Red series for me," I say with the hugest smile of my face. I already know he's proud of me.

"Wait seriously?!" I nod my head. "Dude fucking congrats!"

He puts the car in mode, so it drives by itself. He hugs me. And grabs my cheeks and kisses me all over my face. I lightly push him off. "Dave!" I say, playfully.

"I'm really happy for you!" He kisses me once again.

"Thanks, I'm hella excited."

"Yeah, hella me too," he jokes, and does a cute little chuckle.

"I haven't even told you the best part..." He turns and looks at me.

"And that is?"

"Every episode, I bring featured friend groups to cast in an episode," my smile widens, "And you guys are episode two!"

"Wait actually? Holy shit, thats great content."

We both laugh as we pull into the driveway of Taco Bell. (Sorry if I'm Saying tAcO bElL too much)

We order and eat sitting in the car. "Dude I feel like Trisha, you know what I mean?" I say.

"Yeah, definitely, sure," he says, trying to imitate her voice. "You wanna go do something tonight?"

"Yeah, like to chill or date?"

"Date," He says casually, which is honestly not so casual. Me and David rarely go on date-dates. So when we do it's a big deal. "What's the occasion?" I ask. He turns and looks at me like I'm crazy.

"Rhymes with BooTube Bed." I slap my forehead. "Oh yeah," we laugh. Then I suddenly got the urge to kiss him. He makes me so happy, despite the fight we had not too long ago. I still love the kid, with all my heart. I tap his chin to turn and look at me. He bites his lip a little and pulls me into his lap. He pulls my face closer and kisses me roughly. I grab his hair as his kisses move down onto my neck.

Then we hear a knock on his window. We both stop immediately. I jump back over into my seat. David rolls down the window, to reveal a cop standing there.

"You know why I came over here to talk to y'all?" The officer asks us. We play dumb and shake our heads no.

"Hm, public display of affection, PDA. Which can put you two on the registry, so I need ID's." He says to the both of us.

"Wait, what?" I ask.

David laughs, "I'm sorry officer, what are you saying?"

"PDA! I need your damn identification, you're going on the sex offender registry!" And says quite loud. Making everyone uncomfortable, including the mother who was coming to her car parked next to us with her child.

"We didn't do anything like that!" David yells back.

"David, chill out," I grab his shoulder. He brushes it off. "No fuck this, we didn't do anything!"

"Sir, ma'am, step out of the car." He says, and then whispers some weird numbers into his wallow talkie.

"Are we getting arrested?" I ask. He nods his head. His partner comes out of the car and handcuffs me and David. I start to cry, "but like why though, cause like, we're fully clothed, it was literally a kiss."

"Dude she's fucking crying! Please don't do this," David rolls his eyes and says to the cops.

"Welp, you should've thought about that before you were tongue tied with sis," I look at the cop funny, did he just call me sis. I become very suspicious, and look at David who has his hands on his camera recording me.

"Wait is this a fucking prank?" I ask. He laughs hysterically, my jaw drops.

"I would never talk to a cop like that," he says laughing. I begin to think about what just happened, he planned this whole thing. "Wait, how did you know I had the YouTube Red series?"

"Oh, I didn't, but it was perfect timing to announce it."

"Are we still going on that date?"

"Yeah, we can if you want."

"Awe, Dave! I would hug you but I'm still handcuffed." I look at the fake cop when I say this. Who looks back at me, and realized I'm talking to her. She takes the handcuffs off. David come to hug me but instead of hugging him I playfully slap him. "Stop pranking me, please.

"Truce," he says grabbing my hand. "Now let's go and get ready for this date. But first-"

He pulls his camera out and films the fake cops, "Next time let's prank my friend Dom."

They all laugh and get into the cop car and leave. We leave too.

I come out of my room with a sparkly black dress on. David stands up wearing a black tux, looking at handsome as ever. It's crazy every time I go on a date with Dave it feels like I'm going to prom again.

We get in the car and drive to the restaurant. The waiter comes and we eat. But then after that we just stare at each other. Not in a funny or weird way, but a deep connection type of stare. David holds my hand and says to me-

"I love you, Y/N, remember this for forever." And kisses my hand.

I smile and say back to him "I love you too, Dave." Cause, What's not to love?
