I know I should be excited because my boyfriend is coming, but I'm not you want to know why. Cause I made a new friend aka Reece. And I really like him. Why is my life so complicated. Reece wanted to hang out today. Well he's not arriving until 6 pm and it's 1 now so yeah I've got time.

"Where are you going." Zoe says as I begin walking out the door.

"Nowhere," I say hoping she'll by my act

"Are you hanging out with Reece again?" she's got me damn it.

"Maybe." I mutter

"Fine by me just don't let Jarred catch you." Jarred is my boyfriend

Thank god she let me go. I don't know how she found out I was hanging out with Reece. It's not like I told her. Reece meets me outside this cafe which has the best iced coffee in the world. We hang out for an hour and then I know should be getting back soon so Reece drops me off. As we approach Zoe's house I see another car is already there. I also see Jarred hopping out of the car and my jaw drops. Uh oh if he sees me with Reece he will flip. Reece has already pulled up in the driveway and I hop out of the car.

"Jarred." I say and he turns around

"Hey babe how you been?" he says hugging me.

"Good well I missed you but other than that," he kisses me. Reece clears his throat and I realize I might just owe him an explanation.

"Oh Reece this is Jarred my um boyfriend"

Reece pov

When she said she had a boyfriend my heart dropped. Well there go my chances of having her as my girlfriend.

"And Who is this?" Jarred asks

"Jarred this is Reece, Reece this is Jarred. And save your breath he's just a friend OKAY." she says before trying to lead him to the house.

"One moment babe." he says

"Okay," she says walking inside

Jarred turns to me,"You stay away from my girlfriend got it." he says to me.

I put my hands up in a surrender position and he walks off to the house.
