Dravens POV:

I was so happy to finally find her, and here we are clinging to each other like we haven't seen each other in years. On the bed.

I smiled, this is amazing, i have her touch again, how on earth did i survive without my girl?

I felt her struggling to push me away, oh, she finally came to her "I hate him" phase again.

Why can't we just be together without complications?

i moved off of her calming my wolf down. you have the rest of your life with her, calm down. We are not letting her go anywhere.

"Draven?"

"yea?" i looked at her, with a sloppy smile.

"That was a mistake, lets not repeat that ever again."

What?

"Why was this a mistake?'

"Because i don't love you, i don't even like you, its just my wolf ok?"

Those words stung, well what can i say? She the girl that makes me happy, sad, frustrated, and just plain crazy, but i still love her to death.

"So lets  try not to touch each other. Now tell me why you came?"

" I came to find you, i missed you." i told her.

"Umm, ok" She said, but i didn't miss the happinies in her eyes, when i said that.

I know she likes me, i just don't know why she wont admit it to her self, maybe i could help her?

" Silver, explain to me why you ran away, made me suffer. ?"

"I made you suffer? bull. you made me suffer, did you know that when you didn't eat, i felt your hunger, and tiredness?"

"no i didn't know that, i thought you blocked me out completely."

"Yea, well i haven't learned to do that yet." she said and got up from the bed.

she got some files out and threw them to me.

I looked at her in confusement.

"read them. "

I opened the files and read the first page. what on earth?

I went through everything, reading everything.

My mate is in trouble. she isn't safe?

I'm going to kill the man who did this. to all the familes.

I looked up at Silver.

"Silver, you aren't safe, you need my protection."

she snorted, and laughed." yea right, i don't need your protection ok? and no shit, i'm not safe."

"I'm going to mark you."

she stopped moving and looked at me .

"no! i don't want you to."

"I'm not asking if you want to!"

"you would mark me without my permission?"

"if that is going to keep you safe, then yes.!" i told her.

"you wouldn't dare!"

I remember hearing those same exact words from her once. And i did do it.

"oh i would."

I got up to walk towards her.
