chapter 7 close call

My pov

When we left we looked around. A buss arrived an i asked the driver.

"did an android come one with a little with very dark brown hair an a coat"

The bus driver rubbed his chin as he thought.

"i believe i did last night in the rain they got off last stop"

"Good"

I got on dragging jason with me.

"Wait androids go in the back"

I growled at him.

"Make him an i will drive this bus and ya can ride on da roof"

The driver immediately shut up an drove. At the end it was an hour and a half. We got out and looked around. I asked a shop keeper if they saw them.

He told me he had. I thanked him an left with jason. I saw some wire cut. Jason interrupted me.

"There is blue blood on here. An android was around"

"good work jason. Lets check it out"

We went in. Well i ripped the wire as i was ta tall then went in. I knocked on the door. I herd scuffling inside then silence as i herd the door open. The was a male android who had a bad injury.

"can we come in?"

He started fidgeting his fingers.

"um y-ye sure"

We walked past him.

Before he tell me anything i yelled out.

"Alice are ya in here it's me. Please tell me ya ok!!"

I must of startled the male as he jumped.

"y-you mu. Must b-be c.c-"

before he could say anything more i herd stamping feet.

"LUCY!!"

I turned an saw alice jump over the railing up stairs.

I quickly caught her. I wrapped my arms around her as i fell ta my knees.

"Oh alice i thought he killed ya. I was so worried"

We let go of each other.

"Ralph is confused?"

I look at the man. Ralph? Must be his name.

I whisper ta alice.

"is he nice"

She whispered back.

"He let us stay for the night and is happy to protect us"

Protect alice. Then he is ok.

I walked up ta him. He flinched at my height.

I bowed ta him a little.

"i am grateful that ya are helping alice an kara. If ya are protecting them then ya are a friend in my book"

After explaining that i was human, jason was an android and that i was not alice's biological mom we was all ok with each other.

"where ya going next kara"

She looked up at me.

"I can give you the coudenations to where we will be heading after"

"yes please"
