"Good afternoon, future counselors." Yoongi shuddered at the words spoken by a camp instructor. He didn't actually want to become a counselor, he just wanted something to do during the summer. "Today, we will take a tour of the camp and discuss what it means to be a counselor. You will then be able to go back to your cabins and unpack and socialize until seven o'clock. At that time, you will be gathering in the mess hall, got it?"

At this point, Yoongi and Jimin had zoned out and started playing various finger games. They snapped out of it when they heard various mumbles of "mhm" and "yes" coming from all sides.

"Hey, do you know what he just said?" Yoongi tapped on the shoulder of the tall guy next to him. The guy turned around to face him.

"We're taking a tour of the camp and discussing what being a counselor means or whatever. At seven we have to go to the mess hall." Yoongi took note of his smooth, honey-like voice and chiseled features before whispering a thank you and relaying the new information to Jimin. He made a mental note to introduce himself to the guy during their free time.

"Alright campers, let's get going!" The instructor said all too enthusiastically, to the point where it almost hurt Yoongi's head.

The camp wasn't a very big place, mostly made up of cabins. There must have been a lot more campers here before all that happened. Yoongi didn't believe that a murderer once stepped foot on this soil, but Jimin, on the other hand, believed it to the point of fear.

The instructor pointed out every single detail of the camp, except for the lake where a kid had apparently drowned. He just skipped right over it as if it didn't exist, not even slowing down to look at it. Mumbles began to rip through the crowd of people, probably talking about the lake. Rumors spread like wildfire among this age group, so Jimin just nudged Yoongi's arm, motioning for him to keep walking.

Eventually, the tour and lecture about being a counselor was over, and they had all made it back to their assigned cabins.

"What's up with you two fruitcakes? You seem awfully chummy with each other." A tall, slender man said, slinging his bag into his bunk.

"Hmph." Yoongi pouted, already having enough of this asshole. "And what might your name be?" He asked.

"Taehyung. You?"

"Yoongi."

"And what about your boyfriend over here? What's his name?" Taehyung said, motioning toward Jimin.

"O-oh, me? I'm Jimin." Yoongi kicked Jimin's foot, mentally scolding him for answering to the title of his "boyfriend".

Taehyung snickered. He clearly got what he wanted, turning swiftly on the heel of his foot to go unpack his bags.

"Don't talk to him." Yoongi told Jimin.

"I wasn't planning on it." Jimin was desperate to change the subject. "Which bunk do you want?"

"Bottom." Yoongi said, already flopping onto the stiff mattress, hurting himself in the process. Jimin, with a much younger mental age than Yoongi, squealed in excitement at the fact that he got the top bunk so easily.

"Hey, I'm sorry about Taehyung." A dark-haired lanky man walked to the bunks that the boys were busy setting up. He held his hand out for each of them to shake. "I'm Seokjin, by the way. I'm not supposed to be here since I'm not in your age group, but I was visiting my friends before going to my cabin." He flashed a sincere grin that could warm hearts in an instant.

The older boy, Seokjin, left, leaving six of them in the cabin. The boy with the chiseled face from earlier introduced himself as Hoseok. The other two introduced themselves as Namjoon, who seemed to be really smart, and Jungkook, who was adorable and bubbly, but something about him just screamed boyfriend material.
