time to leave

''honey wake up, you have to leave soon'' my mom says as she touched my shoulder to wake me up.

''what time is it mom'' she doesn't hear me. she walks out of my room, I grab my phone to see what time it is it reads 7:33 and I also notice that I have a text from my boyfriend.

I'm so exited to see my grandmother its been almost 3 years since the last time I visited her. I'm almost 18 now and decided to spend my birthday with her. she lives in LA and I love it there its so beautiful. I feel so bad that Ian cant go I love him a lot but he wasn't able to finish his finals. he was going to go but the bored of education said he couldn't do his exams early which honestly sucks because we could of spent so much time together. instead of getting up imma just watch my Dolan twins they are honestly my favorite people Ian doesn't understand. they literally saved my life because they were just them. I'm in Ethan's lane for obvious reasons.

''ugh fine'' I put on a pair of ripped shorts, a black crop top that had the sun and moon. I look in the mirror and don't like what I see honestly I'm thinking of dying my hair. I hate my blond. I just threw on my vans and ran out the door. I run to the car and realized I forgot my phone. so I had to go back into the house grab my phone then I was able to leave.

''y/n you should really brush your hair''

''mom I don't care what I look like ill brush it on the plane'' she knows I'm lying. the ride to the airport was silent. the radio was the only thing that was making noise. I just closed my eyes. I must of fallen asleep because we got to the airport so fast. my mom basically runs me to my gate, she cant wait to get me out of here and frankly I cant wait to leave. there are so many people in the airport but my mom doesn't care. she just runs right through a group of people to get me to my gate.4

''ok honey bye see you in a month'' she says slamming my ticket into my chest turns me around and pushes me towards the gate not even telling me she loves me.

''umm yeah love you too mom'' I say walking to my plane.
