On 23rd July 2010 five boys who were complete strangers to each other were offered the once in a lifetime chance to join forces and become a band. They grabbed onto this opportunity with Botha hands, not only securing themselves a record contract with Simon Cowell, but also each boy had gotten four new friends - brothers if you will. These boys are Niall James Horan, Harry Edward Styles, Louis William Tomlinson, Liam James Payne, and Zayn Jawad Malik: otherwise known as One Direction.
Each boy has their own unique sounding voice and when they harmonise it is magical - not to mention their looks aren't so bad either! They worked so hard to make their dream come true and this inspires people to let you know that no matter where you are now, you can always achieve your dreams if you are prepared to work for it! I mean look that them: 5 ordinary boys who have managed to take on the world by storm, and win the hearts of teenage girls everywhere! Their first album, Up All Night, was a hit and made it to number one in the UK and US charts! In my opinion they deserve it - the album is amazing!
Then came the tour. Tickets for their Up All Night Tour sold out in under fifteen minutes in England at the ticket places, and in under thirty seconds online! Directioners camped out overnight in order to score tickets to the boys' first concert: this shows just how dedicated Directioners are. And the camping out was worth it because the boys gave a stellar performance - although the screaming was loud enough to make you go deaf! I must say - the boys are much more attractive live!
After touring Britain, they went off to America for a tour there - no matter where they are, Directioners are still Directioners and they are as dedicated as ever!
There is however one minor setback in this Directioners fandom: Directionators (AKA fake fans). Directioners refuse to be acknowledged as such and insist that they are Directioners - thereby disrupting this fandom of dedicated Directioners. Directionators are the so-called 'fans' who hate on the boys' girlfriends, who only like them for their looks, who don't understand that sometimes there are boundaries which you should not cross.
But us Directioners will eventually sort them out!
So our five Mexican flawless homosexuals (it's a Directioner thing) have already taken on the world and come out unscathed - they ignore the haters as best as they can and focus on their fans. We look forward to see what they have in store for us next!
These five boys will always be 'boys' to us - no matter how old they get they will still be the same boys who walked onto that stage two years ago.
