*9 months later*

Rush.. Rush.. Rush ....

'Take her in immediately, Dr. Uzma screamed in fear'.

'She asked Naksh to come in OT (Operation Theatre) if he wants to, but refused saying, Sorry I can't. I won't be able to see her in so much pain'.

'Okay, as you feel comfortable, and she shut the door'.

'The red light blinked up and I looked at Mom and asked her, 'how all this happened'?

A tear roll down from her cheeks, and she sobbingly started narrating, 'we all were lost in our sleeps in our rooms, afterall it's 3 in the morning. I heard someone crying, I came out of the room to look who it is, then I went to the upstairs and found Arohi lying down on the floor, crying in pain. I screamed calling your Dad and just then we directly called an ambulance.

And after we get inside the ambulance, we called you so you already be here as you're , working late'.

'Alright Mom, don't fret. All will be well. Don't lose hope, just pray'.

I consoled her saying, 'don't fret but what about my ownself. How do I console myself with a lie knowing

Arohi is inside the Operation Theatre, battling all alone. I was quite haunted with all the negative thoughts, blowing up and I swear I won't forgive myself ever if anything happens to herself, God forbids'.

'I can't afford to lose my gold, 'Mango'. I feel like crying out loud so I left and went to the 'praying room', and I cried, cried and cried alot, begging God to make it easy for both and also to take care of them, Arohi as well my babies'.

*An hour later*

Just so I was done pouring out my heart, infront of God. I rushed back to OT and then I saw Dr. Uzma coming outside the OT and directly hugging my mother, wishing her 'Congratulations' saying, you blessed with pretty looking grand daughters. Yes, you heard right, we had 'twins'.*blush*

Now you can meet Arohi too, and yes she's out of danger. You can go and meet her and she left smilingly.

'I was there but little far away but not farther so I couldn't hear what she said. And as soon I heard it, firstly my ear drums couldn't believe but then I pinched myself saying, it's in real and ran just like, Kajol did in DDLJ to get in the train but here my Shahrukh Khan was on bed , instead of giving me hand. *laughs*

'I went in, straight went to see my sweethearts, my daughter's. I can't believe I turn into a father, I exclaimed'.

'I'm so sorry, Naksh. I should have knocked. I thought no one here, apologized Dr.Uzma'.

'Nooo.. Why are you apologizing? And I was busy with my sweethearts, laughing said Naksh'.

'Can you see it, Arohi? Your heart specialist found a new heart throb, now you disappeared and she started pulling her legs'.

'By the way, Naksh emotionally, Thank you. Thank you for all your motivations and helping us to turn it into possible, Dr. Uzma'.

'Firstly, thank God for all of it and secondly, it's Arohi, who didn't lose hope when we already. This was one of the rarest case and I'm glad and elated too, it happened successfully. Brave lady, all I could say. Anyway, see you soon, and she left leaving a smile on our faces.'

'I moved towards Arohi, kissed her forehead and ofcourse thanked her for all the sacrifices she did, just for 'our' babies. I feel so proud and fortunate too, to have her as my 'better half'.

'If indeed, there is another life, I wish God to make her mine in every life'.

'So, in our story, the real hero is 'Arohi' not I. The girl who is gold hearted and also know 'how to won hearts'.

'I'm glad and thankful too, she sticked to her words and made it possible with the help of God, and proved it to me, 'God help those, those who help themselves'. *blessed*
