VOTING MECHANICS

sa contest na 'to, even non-registered residents can vote. but, there's a big difference between the vote of a registered and not.

also, magkaiba ang voting mechanics ng verified at hindi.

non-registered residents aka yung mga hindi kasali sa neo city can vote pero literal na vote lang. they can just click the "vote" button and done.

one vote from a non-registered resident = one vote.

meanwhile, registered residents aka yung mga parte talaga ng neo city ay boboto rin pero, if one vote yung sa non registered, five votes ang total ng registered residents.

guess where did the four votes go?

one provided comment from a registered resident = four votes.

lahat kayo dito ay maaaring mag-comment ng mga papuri sa mga contestants, pero hindi yun counted as a vote. ( tho guys di porket di counted as a vote ay di na kayo magccomment ng papuri HAHA )
