"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW!" I heard a loud noise outside my bedroom door. like glass shattering.

"what's going on?" I thought.

"THIS TIME YOUR NOT GETTING OFF THE HOOK SO EASILY ROBERT!" it sounded like my mothers voice.

I knew she was screaming at my father.

The stupid drunk probably did something again.

I snuck quietly down the stairs.

I don't know what I was thinking.

"Kim calm down." my father said.

"NO I WONT CALM DOWN THIS IS THE LAST TIME."

"if you don't get out if my face I swear."

"SWEAR WHAT. IM ALREADY MISERABLE LIVING WITH YOU."

My dad saw me out of the corner of his eye.

he got up.

I ran quickly to my room and locked the door.

"OPEN THE DOOR YOU STUPID LITTLE GIRL!"

I didn't answer.

He broke the door down.

The last thing I saw was a hand flying towards my face.

"crystal! crystal stop screaming. please wake up, everything's okay."

I opened my eyes and saw Harry's loving eyes.

"Oh thank god"

He wrapped his arms around me.

My head hurt like nothing before.

"What happened to me?"

"You tell me" Harry answered.

I saw her.

Wrapped up in the corner with her knees against her chest, tears running down her face.

I rushed out of bed.

"What's wrong baby girl." I asked her soothingly.

We have gotten very close in the past few weeks.

" I- I don't know. I just don't want to be here. P-please get me out of h-here." She staggered.

"soon." I reassured her.

I rubbed her back until she stopped crying.

she then fell asleep again.

I checked the clock and realized that it's 2 am.

I woke up the next morning hungry as usual.

"Breakfast time babe" Harry whispered in my ear.

he gave me a kiss on the cheek and told me to wake up.

I struggled but I got up.

We went down to get our one piece of bread and butter and I knew Harry had something on his mind.

When we were done I asked him about it.

"I got to get out of here crystal."

" I know babe."

Harry started to cry.

I comforted him as he kept repeating:

"I need to get out."

I got back to the room and I couldn't find Avery.

"Avery?" I half-screamed.

No response.

"Avery?!" I screamed.

I heard whimpering in the bathroom.

"Baby open the door."

She didn't open it or respond.

I busted the door open (The locks aren't that strong)

"AVERY NO"
