Why Do They Hate Me?

October 10, Naruto and Natsumi's birth.

"Just hold on there, Kushina!" said a panicked Minato. With Kushina's seal weakening during child birth. The Nine Tails could go berserk any second now and destroy the village!

"Minato...I know what you are thinking. He won't do that unless he's controlled.". 

"The child or should I say children are born!" a nurse declared.

"A boy and a girl....Didn't expect that." 

"Awww..." said Minato. The Nine-Tails came out the second Minato went off-guard. Then, revealed a masked man controlling the Kyuubi. 

"Muahahahahaha....I'll get the Kyuubi and I won't miss this chance!" said the masked man as he begins using the nine-tailed beast to destroy Konoha.

"God damnit!" Hiruzen said as he was watching from the distance. 

"Shit!" Minato mentally curses. He, then placed Kushina and the two twins int a safe room using the technique he is famous for: The Flying Rajin. He goes back outside to fight the beast and the masked man.

~~The fight is just like in the canon~~

"Naruto, i'm so sorry for doing this." Minato said with a sad look. Kushina started crying and Hiruzen came out of the bushes.

"Let me do it. Afterall, I am old enough to die. Go live longer and take care of your son.". Those were Hiruzen Sarutobi's last words before the shout of a certain jutsu came out of his mouth as he performed it.

"Dead Demon Consuming Seal!" 

"Curse you, Minato!" the masked man said. He was hiding somewhere in the bushes. He later does an evil laugh as he puts Minato into a genjutsu that would hate the nine-tails and his jinchuuriki, knowing they will seal him into their son. 

"Damnit! My chakra reserves are low! Now I can't do it to Kushina....Kami why now?!?!"

 ~~5 years later~~

"Okay, you stay in the house while I go out to get some food, okay Naruto?" Kushina said as she was going out the door.

"Okay, Kaa-san!" Naruto said as he went into his room to hide from his sister.

Kushina leaves to go shopping. Naruto's only savior has left him inside the hellhole of a house for a few hours. He's doomed, but he wondered why he wasn't allowed to go outside. The house is such a pain with my sister and her annoying attitude. Could the outside be worse? Naruto mentally said sorry to his Kaa-san and went outside to walk around the village. Once he went outside, he promised to NEVER to that again!

What happened:

Naruto sneaks out of the house without anyone inside noticing him. He starts to walk towards a ramen stand. As he was about to order, he realized he had no money. After 20 minutes of walking around the village without anyone who knew him noticing him, some drunk villagers decided to approach him. 

"Guuuuys! Look who I found! The deeeeeemon~!". A drunk civilian in his 30's said as he was drinking a bottle of wine.

"Let's give him what he deseeerves!". A drunk civilian in her late 20's said as they started throwing their wine bottles at the poor boy. After 5 minutes of bottle cracking, they started punching and kicking him. He was almost dead when they stopped and walked away. Naruto at this point was covered with bruises, broken bones, bleeding wounds and some broken bones.

"I am never doing that again!" said Naruto as he tried to stand up, but ultimately failing due to the amount of pain around his whole body. This was too much for a 5 year old. Do those drunk people even know the consequences of doing this? 

"I see my jailer has finally come to see me." said a deep voice. Naruto realizes he's in a jail-like place with a nine-tailed beast in front of him in a cell.

"Where am I and who are you?" said Naruto as he is about to burst into tears. The beast tried to comfort him. He has never seen a jinchuuriki like this as a first impression.

"My name is Kurama, the beast inside of you." said Kurama.

"I-inside of me?!? I don't get it. Am I inside of me?" said Naruto in a panicked tone.

"This is your mindscape. Mind if I call you kit?" said Kurama. I nodded in agreement.

"Do you want to know why you are hated?" said Kurama. 

"Yeah! I do! I do!" said Naruto excited and curious.

"I was about to tell you why, but looking at the time and it's almost sunset! I'll heal your wounds and you go run home." said Kurama.

"Hmph! If Kurama-nee won't tell me, then I'll ask Kaa-san!" said Naruto in a voice Kurama can't hear.

Later at the Uzumaki-Namikaze compound

"Phew....Kaa-san isn't home yet, so I am not in trouble!" said Naruto as he is breathing heavily from running to the house from the other side of the village as fast as he can. He quickly goes into his room, so his sister won't start bragging and insulting him again. He then, goes back into the mindscape to find Kurama sleeping. He lets him sleep since he looks like he hasn't slept in a while. A good 15 minutes later, Kushina comes back.

"Okaa-san! You're back!" said Naruto in a happy voice. He felt a bit guilty and very regretful for going outside without his Okaa-san knowing, but he was happy to see her.

"Yeah I am! Want some ramen?" said Kushina as she started unpacking the groceries. The family must be rich to have 19 full grocery bags of expensive food. Then again, it must be tiring for Kushina to do all of the unpacking, so Naruto and later Natsumi decided to help.

"Hah! You can't even do one full bag! I can do many bags.". said Natsumi as she barely started unpacking after 5 minutes of bragging on how 'amazing' she is.

"Can't you see I did 4 bags while you did your talk of how "amazing" you are? Most of them are lies! You barely even did one bag!" said Naruto as he was about to raise his voice, Kushina stopped him.

"If you continue this argument, you both will be grounded for a week! Understand?" said Kushina as she scolded the siblings.

"Yes kaa-san." said both of them.

After the packing

"Kaa-san, can I ask you a question?" asked Naruto.

"What is it, Naruto?" asked Kushina as she was preparing dinner.

"Why do Natsumi, tou-san and other villagers hate me?" asked Naruto.
