In the immense space of nothingness, a single giant slept upon his great bed. His slumber was all that prevented the universe from ultimate destruction. The name of this great lord was Harout Doumanian, creator of the universe and key to its undoing, should he ever open his eyes.
At the foot of this great bed lay the universe he had created. Three gods maintained the structure of this universe. Tired Kitty, keeper of the peace among the universe's inhabitants, watched over them as he scratched his gray beard. Without Tired Kitty, the universe would have torn itself apart in war long ago.
Meanwhile, The Doctor held the various parallel dimensions back from interacting with his own, for surely chaos would ensue if those other dimensions ever touched his home universe. His soft eyes gazed in selfless love at the dimension he so dearly protected.
But the god who truly kept the universe in balance was Blazing A, guardian of Harout Doumanian. Diligently he stood watch beside Harout's bed, ensuring that no one dared to try to wake the sleeping giant. If ever his overwhelming strength were to give out, the entire universe would be doomed.
Because of these three gods, the universe was at peace. But everything was about to change.
Blazing A and Tired Kitty floated beside Harout's bed, gazing at their dormant creator. "How goes keeping the creator dormant?" asked Tired Kitty.
"He hasn't stirred in thousands of years," Blazing A replied, wiping his sweaty brow. "Every few millennia, I fear he will awaken, but I always manage to lull him back to a deep slumber." He turned to look at Tired Kitty. "How are the inhabitants doing?"
"Strife occasionally tries to stand its ground, but I always blow it down," Tired Kitty responded. "For the most part, the universe is a safe and calm place. War hasn't broken out since The Man tried to wreak havoc on HROT." HROT, the capital planet of the universe, was the gods' most prized possession. Each of the three gods had a son, all of whom resided on HROT.
Suddenly, The Doctor appeared before them. "Doctor!" Tired Kitty exclaimed. "Why have you come?"
"I sense grave danger in the air," warned The Doctor. "I feel someone tugging on my grasp, trying to enter our dimension. I fear it may be a resurgence of The Man Incident."
"Are you sure?" Blazing A asked worriedly.
"We cannot afford to have another rip in the dimensional barrier," Tired Kitty said.
Suddenly, The Doctor collapsed onto the edge of Harout's Bed, roaring in pain and agony. "Something is breaking through!" he cried. "I can't hold it back!"
Out of nowhere, a tear ripped through time and space before the three gods. They saw a glimpse into another dimension, one full of fire and screaming. Two hands appeared, one gripping each side of the tear. The giant hands forced the tear open even further, and a great, terrible being emerged. He was portly, bald, and short compared to the gods, but he was broad and strong. Embedded in his great stomach was a modem, with which he could cause massive damage to anything he wished.
The Doctor threw himself upon the tear, and used all of his strength to pull it closed again, but the foreign being was already all the way into their universe.
"Who are you?" Blazing A asked cautiously as he and Tired Kitty braced themselves for an attack.
"I am the titan Warnger," the foreigner announced. "I have come to avenge my son, Dakota Frink, whom you refer to as The Man. His death at the hands of you and your dimension will not go unanswered, and now, I will destroy you and everything you hold dear."
Blazing A and Tired Kitty quickly positioned themselves between the Warnger and Harout, lest their universe be brought to ruin. "You are not welcome here," Tired Kitty snarled. "Go back to your home, or we will defend ourselves acutely from your rage and send you roiling to the depths."
The Warnger let out a great, big bellow of laughter. "Foolish gods! You know not what kind of power you are dealing with! My son was not strong enough to withstand you, but I most assuredly am. Prepare to meet your doom!" The Warnger flashed a grin. The gods gazed at his yellow teeth in horror. The titan raised his hand and demonstrated the peace sign with his great fingers, and the modem in his stomach fired a grand, continuous red blast.
Blazing A and Tired Kitty jumped into the laser's path to stop it from reaching Harout and waking him. Unfortunately, Tired Kitty was not designed to withstand attacks meant to strike Harout, and slowly started to melt. As his life force gave out, he glared in horror at Blazing A and uttered, "Kitty's tired, though." With that, the god of peace was done for.
Now, Blazing A alone held the laser back. If his strength gave out at any point, his dimension would come to an abrupt end. The Warnger fired without stopping, determined to awaken the creator of the universe.
The Doctor successfully sealed the tear that the Warnger had entered through. He gasped in exhaustion, but was ready to help Blazing A hold back the blast. "You're not strong enough!" Blazing A warned. "Go down to HROT! Find our sons! Ensure that war does not break out among the people now that Tired Kitty has fallen!"
The Doctor nodded and began his descent to their dear planet, praying that Blazing A's strength would not give out, and that the people of the universe would not destroy each other.
