The rest of school was normal besides Patrick staring me up and down in the halls as I would pass him to go to my class. I walked home but felt something missing until I realized what was missing was my fear, Patrick hadn't bothered me for the entire day besides first period, the weight of having to keep guessing if he would pop up out of no where and terrorize me had vanished,I walked the rest of the way home feeling something I hadn't felt in a while. I grabbed the house key from under the fake plant in front of my house, unlocking the door then placing it back. Once I walked in the scent of Spaghetti hit my nostrils immediately, it was my favorite I only liked how my mom made it. A wide smile spread on my face as I approached my mom giving her a peck on the cheek " hey sweetie, how was school?" her soft voice said which made me smile more, she always had such a calming voice. "It was alright"thoughts of what Patrick did in class flooded my mind as I made my way to the dinner table, plopping down on a seat to the left. My mother gathered a hunk of spaghetti putting it onto a white plate before serving it to me with a fork " thanks mom" I gave her a warm smile before picking up my fork. Just as I did the obnoxiously loud doorbell rang "god damn it" I set my fork back down on the table with a slight slam out of annoyance. "Language" I heard my mom say from the kitchen with a more stern voice but still with a softness in it. I grabbed the doorknob yanking open the door "what do you wa-" I look standing before me seeing that damned pyromaniac,Patrick Hockstetter. I blinked a few times hoping that my alarm would go off any minute waking me up and realizing that it was just a dream but no,Patrick was still standing at my door step. Patrick wasted no time waltzing in,harshly brushing against my shoulder making my wince and rub the spot . "Sweetie, who's at the door?" my mother jumped a little as she turned around, seeing Patrick standing in the living room. "Oh hi there, are you a friend of (your name)" he noded with a small smile " yes I am,my names Patrick and you must be her very lovely mother" she slightly giggles "I am, you can call me Anna, would you like to stay for dinner Patrick?". A ear to ear grin appears on his face " I would love to" (This is so short the next one will be super long I promise,I finally wrote another chapter this one is sorta boring but I'm gonna spice it up in the next chapter so get ready for that bye bye)
