A DAY AT THE BEACH (2)
I tried to go up to the surface but couldn't move my legs. Everything was blurry.
I could feel the water going into my lungs, suddenly everything turned black.
With in two minutes I was 8ft deep outta nowhere i felt few hands on my waist, few holding my hand and pulling me up.
Next thing I know someone was breathing into me.. I could smell that someone and it was a really familiar smell.
When I slowly opened my eyes and saw the boys all drenched with a worried look on their faces.
"Guys I'm fine." I smiled.
"How can you be fine?" Dean says bending to lift me up.
"Yeah you almost drowned." Alex says with his worried eyes looking at me.
"David and mom would have killed us, if something would have happened to you." Jake says holding my hand.
I look to my right and see Lucas. He said nothing. His face looked angry. Is he mad at me?
But why?
Lucas gets up turns around and starts walking. Why is he being so weird?
"I have never seen him like this. He was really worried about you." Dean says finally helping me lift up.
"What are you guys waiting for? Let's Go!!" Lucas said before stepping into the car.
Worried?? My ass. He looks PISSED.
Alex puts a towel on me and hugs me. We both start walking together.
"She goes behind.!" Lucas says pointing to the back seat and looking at Alex.
Seriously dude? I just came back from the dead and you being a bitch?
"Fine." I said getting in the back.
The ride back home was silent. Not in a peaceful way though. It felt like the atmosphere in here was filled with awkward tension.
To avoid all the tension I started to stare out the window.
Ding.

Keith - Hey El.

Ding. Ding.
"Who is it?" Alex says still holding my hand.

Keith - I'm really sorry about how I behaved at the party. I saw what happened today, just wanted to make sure if you were okay!?
"Nobody." I said putting down my phone.
Ding.
"That doesn't seem like nobody." Lucas says looking at me through the front view mirror.
"None of your business." I said rolling my eyes.
