"No Tzuyu please don't die on me!" I shouted holding her face

"Im... Sorry.."

"No! No no no please!" I hug her

"Sa-sana eonni?" I look at her "C-can i close my eyes and rest?" I cried even harder knowing what she meant

"No! Tzuyu please don't close your eyes!" She smiled at me weakly and held my face with her other arm

"I love you..." She said.. Her eyes slowly closing, Her hand slowly falling, Her smile slowly fading

I think i lost the woman i love

"No.."

"Sana eonni is there a problem?" I look at Tzuyu.. Another nightmare. I hug her tight

"No im sorry... I had a nightmare... About me losing you again.."

"Don't worry Sana eonni... The surgery will be succesful.. You won't lose me i promise.. Let's go back to sleep.." She pulled me down on the bed while hugging me "Saranghae~" She whispered

I smiled "I love you too" and closed my eyes

Next Day

I woke up still feeling Tzuyu's embrace i slowly remove her hands and stand up

Someone suddenly entered the room

"SANA!-" I covered Jihyo's mouth

"Shhh... She's sleeping" I pointed at Tzuyu

"Sorry... I bought breakfast.." She said and sat down

"Thank you Jihyo-ssi... Where is everybody?"

"Still sleeping so i left them" She said and chuckled

"Hahaha!" I covered my mouth realizing i laughed to hard and she motioned me to be quite

"You shhh.." We look at Tzuyu who is smirking right now

"Yah.. How long are you awake?" Jihyo asked

"When you came.."

"Savage.." I mumbled

"Im hungry..." She said and pouted

I melted... Gosh she's so cuteee.. How can she be a savage hot girl... Quickly turn into a cutie Yoda??

"Here let me feed you with soup.." I said and went to her with soup on my hands

"You know i can eat by myself.."

"Aishh.. Just let her feed you... You need some rest for the surgery.."

"Mmm!" Tzuyu mumbled "I haven't met 'her' yet..." Jihyo choked on the food she's eating

"You- *cough* meet her mhhm! W-when she gets here *cough*" Im assure Jihyo is worried when Tzuyu finds out who her Donor is

"Can't i meet her now?..." She pouted

"Ahhh she's not even her yet.." I said and smiled

"Ohhh ok.."

We started talking and talking until everybody came and Dr. Kim

"So i assume all of you are here right?" We all nod "except the Don-"

"Im here!"

TZUYU
Someone shouted which her voice was familiar to me i look at her

"Lisa?..."

"Hey Tzu.." She smiled. No.. A tear fell

"Your-"

"Yes.."

"Soo just to inform you guys.. The surgery might start in an hour.. Excuse me.." Dr. Kim went out then Lisa went to me

"How are you feeling?"

"Nervous... How 'bout you?" I asked looking at her

"Happy.." She smiled

"Ehh?... Why?... Aren't you scared?" She laughed

"Why would i?... Your gonna live for long!"

"But.. You... Your dying"

"No im not.. Yet... Dr. Kim allowed me to have your heart even if it's so weak.."

"Really?!" She nods "How about Sam?"

"She already knows... Yah... Take care of her"

"I will... Thank you Lis.."

"Anything for you couz" She hug me

"Uhhh excuse me but..... Lisa! Lisa!" Jisoo shouted

"What?" She went closer to her

"Someone.." She gulped "someone wants to see you.." She said shaking

"Who?" Lisa asked

"J--.. Jennie.." She looked down

"What?! H-how did she knew?"

"Sorry we told her!"

"Aishh.. Guys excuse me i had to deal with this" She went out

"Well that was fucked up" Nayeon mumbled

"Words!" Jihyo pinched Nayeon's arm

LISA
I walked out of the room and followed Jisoo outside

"Why did you told her?" I saw she was uneasy with my questions

"She kept asking and asking us she won't stop until we answer her... Im very sorry.."

"It's ok-"

"LISA!!"

I look for the one who shouted.. Not until i saw Jennie running towards me and greeted me with a hug

"Lisa... Im sorry. Please don't do this please!" She burried her face on my chest "I Love You.." Somehow i felt happy hearing those from her

"What about Kai?" I asked

"He cheated"

"That bastard! Im-" I didn't finish my sentence as i feel her lips lock onto mine.. Ofcourse i kiss back but..

"Ehem!?" We quickly pulled away "yeahh so.. This is a hospital.. Not a making out session" Jisoo said

"Yeah... I forgot.. Ohh boy! The surgery start in 30 minutes.." I said while looking at my watch

"You really have to do it?" Jennie asked pouting

"Yeah" I answered sadly "but i'll live... For weeks or days.. I'll have Tzuyu's heart" I said and she smiled

"Atleast i'll get to spend time with you.. Even just a little" I hug her again

"You know.. Lisa should really rest like right now"

"Ok Rose eonni.." I sat down on the chair outside Tzuyu's room

After an hour

"So you guys ready?" Dr. Kim asked us

I look at Tzuyu.. She's nervous. I held her hand

"We're ready... Hey Tzu it's going to be fine you can make it.. We can make it" She smiled

"Thank you Lis... We are ready doc"

SAM
I can't even believe this.. Im going to lose my sister in a few weeks.. They're inside the surgery room now and everyone is praying hard

Like who wouldn't? When your two beloved one is inside a surgery room...

Sana here is crying like Tzuyu is already dead.. While Momo and Dahyun comforted her

After 1 hour of surgery the doctors and nurses came out so we gathered

"How was it?" Jihyo asked

"SUCCESS!"
