Gaya nang sa Batch 2, dalawa ang form ko. It's cooperating form and submitting form. Cooperating Form is like the usual form, yung fill-upan natin if gusto nating sumali sa contest. While submitting form is obviously for submitting our entries, gaya ng sa Batch 2 natin.

By the way, wala akong ibigay na prompt or something dahil gusto ko gagawa kayo ng cover, title and story for someone your thinking right now, like someone you miss, you love, your thankful for or something. And if hindi kayo maka-isip nang title just pm me amd I'll surely give you one 😉😉.

I decided to be more creative in this batch, coz you know this may be the last 😂.
