Zach's POV:
Jonah called 911.
There was pure chaos going on! My little angel was bawling. She was scared, cold, wet, and all around miserable. Marlee clung to me as I hugged her with the towel wrapped around her.
Z~ hey Marlee, it's ok! I got you.
She just kept crying. I felt awful.
Once Daniel got on a dry pair of clothes he came and got Marlee from me so I could change.
Marlee's POV:
I hated this Logan guy. He was mean. He threw me in the pool! The ditch with water! I had my hands wrapped around Daniel's neck and I was holding on for dear life. I was crying and crying while Daniel rubbed my back. He whispered into my hair-
D~ it's going to be ok babygirl.
I continued to cough up water and it was scaring me.
Daniel just kept trying to calm me. When I lifted my head up and looked around, I saw Jonah and the boys looking like they were going to hit the poopie out of Logan.
M~ I-I-I w-w-want t-t-t-t-to go home Dani... I'm scawed.
He nodded and hugged me tight.
D~ we can't leave yet sweetheart... the doctors have to check you out. Make sure you don't have any boo-boos.
He nuzzled his nose against mine and then kissed it.
D~ Mar-Mar, it's gonna be really loud when it comes. Ok?
M~ I just wanna go home!
I cried back into his shoulder. I was freezing.
D~ I know bubby, I know.
He whispered this to me as all a sudden a loud sound went off and lights flashed.
D~ cover your ears Mar.
I did. So loud! I saw a lot of people running up to me and then some run up to the boys. They were fighting. The doctor told us her name was Lacey.
L~ can I see you Marlee?
She reached her hands towards me but I didn't want to go with her.
M~ I wanna stay with you.
I was telling Dani just as the lady grabbed my arm.
D~ please don't touch her. She's very shy.
L~ sweetheart, I'm going to have to take you with us. Your-
She looked at Daniel weirdly
D~ I'm one of her dads, sort of. It's confusing. I'm one of her guardians basically.
Lacey kept talking but I kind of blanked out. I was just holding onto Daniel, never wanting to let go. I felt him lift my head to look at him.
D~ hey Mar-Mar, if Corbyn and I go with you will you go with the nice lady?
I nodded.
M~ but I only want wou or Corbyn to howd mwe. No one ewse!
Daniel said something to the doctor and then yelled over for Corbyn to come. He handed me to Corbyn, still crying, then grabbed my belongings.
CB~ sshh Mar...
he bounced me up and down. Then he got in the vehicle with loud sounds and Daniel got behind us.

4 hours later
I woke up in a bed. A white bed. Very clean. It was the hospital bed! That's right! I forgot that I was here. I turned to my side to see Bean asleep next to me. I pushed my hair out of my face and snuggled under Corbyn's arms. I tried not to wake him. But then I found a poking thing in my arm. It was scaryyyy! I started flailing and trying to get the thingy out.
I woke Corbyn.
CB~ hey, hey, hey, princess! No! We do not pull that out! That helps you!
M~ but pokey!
He pulled me into his side.
CB~ Marlee... keep it in for me?
I sighed but nodded.
M~ where the boys?
Corbyn pointed outside and I saw them all sleeping on a couch. They looked funny!
CB~ but princess, you really need sleep. So let's go back to bed.
I shook my head, I didn't like this place. It scared me.
CB~ I'll stay right here with you?
I liked that idea!
M~ yesth pwease!
He laughed and laid back down, opening his arms. I snuggled into them and quickly drifted off.
