Chapter 11: Nonsense Speaker

MONO DREAMLAND P.O.V

"Mono! Come on Mono, you've got to get up!" My eyelids feel like bricks... They're to heavy... It's so dark, and I can't feel anything. My eyes are suddenly forced open.

"Huh? Where am I?" I stand up from my laying down, or more like floating. The world I was in had a dark blue sky, mixed with multicolord balls of light. The ground was golden, but I couldn't touch it. "Is this where you go when you die?" I asked.

"No sweetie." That woman with purple hair appeared in front of me. "It's you again!" I exclaimed, pointing to her. "Why the hell are you always in my dreams?!" I yell, but she only smiles sadly. "You're time as a Soul Reaper is over Mirai. You've become something others could only wish to achieve." She said, but I wanted answers. "My name isn't Mirai! And I don't know who you are!" I holler, attempting to float away from her, but failing. 'Damn, this is harder than I thought!' Thinking to myself.

"It looks like you still don't remember me all the way... I am your mother, Hitomi Hio." She whispered the last part. It all made sense now.

Dreams.

People.

Visions.

And most of all, her and Shizuka.

"But if you're here, where is Shizu?" I childishly call out, sinking to my knees. "Alive and well." She whispered. "But... This means i'm one of those bloodsuckers?! Shit! Oh, wait, sorry Mom!" I held the sides of my head in panic. I didn't want to be a Soul Reaper, but I would definetly kill myself if I was a vampire! "No, you're not a vampire. But you'll need blood from time to time to settle your hunger." She said, taking my hands in her own.

"You're a Queen Mirai. And I could never be prouder of you then I am now." She whispered, kissing my forehead, then the world swirled, and she disappeared. "Mom! Wait, please!" I called out, seeing her start to vanish. "I love you." She whispered, as her whole body faded away.

Phoenix P.O.V.

I held Mono in my arms, glaring at Yagari. "I will kil you." I mouthed, slowly standing up with Mono. "Let me take h-" Kaname started, reaching out. "NO!" I growled, shifting away from him. "I can help her myself." I tried to glower away from him, but failed at doing so. As I stomped away from him, I saw someone.

A woman with purple hair in a black dress, her eyes were red. She was covered in blood, but smiled no less. "Take care of her for me Phoenix. And try not to get in so much trouble Yuki." She then disappeared. "Who was that?!" I exclaimed, looking back to see Kaname and Zero completely confused. But Yuki looked shocked. "Did you see that Yuki?" She nodded.

"That's fucked up. This is really fucked up!" I shouted, panicking. "Calm down Phoenix, or you will drop Mono." Zero said, I knew he was right. So I shook it off, taking her to Alyss. I don't trust Kaname with her alone. And I definetely don't trust him with Yuki either, but I have a priority right now.

MONO P.O.V

I was standing in a castle. "What the hell? Wasn't I just about to wake up?" I asked, looking around. The stairs looked like the scene from Cinderella. 'I used to love that movie.' I thought, shaking it off. "Welcome, Queen Mirai." I turned atound to see my Soul Reaper Contractor. "Siren? What's going on?" I asked. Siren's white hair covered her face, her eyes wouldn't meet mine. "You are no longer my contractor. And I am your servant, my queen." She got on one knee, and kissed my hand. "Siren, what are you talking about?" I asked. She was acting OOC!

"Okay, i'm obviously having to talk normally. Bitch, our contract is up, but since you're a fucking queen, i'm your damn servant. Get it?" She said. "HEY! But yes, I get it." I nodded, showing I understand. "But what is happening?" I asked Siren. She led me through the castle in silence.

DAMN THIS PLACE IS HUGE! And this is mine?

"DUMBASS! ARE YOU LISTENING?" Siren screeches. "No, dipshit." I glared at her. "Let me explain this again. You are a Queen Dream Eater. The highest ranking level of a Dream Eater. Dream Eaters, as the name implies, eat dreams and nightmares, having a physical form, and a non-physical form. You are in you're non-physical form, since your body is fighting to keep you alive.

Dream Eaters are ranked by power level, and you, happen to be the youngest Queen ever." I smiles at that. I was a Queen. FUCK YEAH! But i'm only a queen in my dreams... N-

"You will go through a transformation, getting rid off

Your vampire form, me, and your human form, becoming a full-fledged Queen. It will take four to five days at the most." WAIT, FOUR TO FIVE DAYS?!

WHAT ABOUT MY FRIENDS?

(TIME SKIP NO ONE P.O.V REAL WORLD!)

Phoenix sat at Mono's side, with Alyss and Megumi. Mono's whole body was wrapped up, the shots had spread quicker than they'd originally thought. "Will she be okay?" Kaname suddenly appeared in the room, with the rest of the Night Class. "I'm not sure." Was all Alyss replied. She was thinking about something, which Megumi noticed. "Are you still thinking about that?" She emphasized the word that. "Yes... I think we should tell them." Alyss bit the nail of her thumb, then went over to pick up a book.

"What's that?" Takuma asked. "It's a book of cures, curses, and other subjects Taku." Megumi stated, seeing Alyss open the book. "We'll tell you everything we know about Mono. In Kain's office." Phoenix said, as they soon got there.

In the room were Phoenix, Megumi, Alyss, Aido, Kain, Yuki, Zero, Kaname, Ruka, Akatsuki, Rima, Shiki, Seiren, and Yagari. "So, tell us everything." Yagari demanded. Megumi looked at Phoenix, noddded.

"Mono isn't Mono's real name. We think her real name is Mirai Hio. And she was originally a vampire before her mother shot her." Phoenix whispered. "I didn't know, but she confessed everything to Megumi." Alyss stated, then opened up the book

"There are a few things i've been working on. One is a vampire cure for Zero, and the other is something that's been happening to Mono." She said, flipping to a marked page. "What?! There's a cure for Zero?!" Yuki, Yagari, and Kain exclaimed, while Zero stood shell shocked. "It would require either Shizuka's blood, or someone who is related to her, but she didn't know if she was Mirai or not." Alyss said.

"Megumi will go with Phoenix to look at the soul records tommorow. To see if it's really her." She added.

"So Mono might've or might be a vampire?" Aido asked, Phoenix nodded. "Yes. But Alyss has examined something." She said, Alyss taking a small, glowing purple ball out of a bullet shell case. "Who gave you these bullets?" She questioned Yagari. "Why should I tell you?" He glared at her, as Alyss glared at him.

A black orb appeared in her hand, her eyes glowing yellow, the ground around her turning black, creaking from sudden old age. "Because I will kill you, slowly and painfully, almost driving you insane. And laugh when you beg and scream for your life, plus you can't kill me. I'm immune to fire." She smirked, her teeth taking a sharper tone, her nails growing longer. "Fine, i'll tell you where I got them." Yagari scoffed.
