She fakes a smile, acting like everything is fine. She's okay, everything is okay she tells herself. You see the flash of pain in her eyes but don't think twice about it. It's nothing, you're just seeing things. The others around her, watching, laughing, as shes being tortured from head to toe. Her heart breaks, but its okay, shes used to it. Just another scar to add to the collection. Keep smiling she tells herself, everything is okay. You see her smile falter but no, its okay, dont ask, you don't know her, you dont care, shes just another girl born in this cruel world full of lies and pain. Keep smiling she tells herself, don't let them see the real you, they might start calling you names again. Be like them, don't forget to smile, she says in her head. You see her yet again, but this time her facade is breaking, tearing down, one word at a time. What a beautiful disaster you think to yourself and move along. Its normal though, it happens, facades break. Just another girl breaking down for this world. She's okay.
