Chapter 3
Sasha's POV:
"YOU DID WHAT?!" I scream at him, not caring if I wake up the whole neighbourhood up.
"Uh, yea," Andre says, scratching the back of his neck, like he always does when he's nervous.
"Do you want us to get fired?" I say, my voice now dangerously calm.
"She's not gonna tell anyone," he says, more confidently now.
"Oh, yea? How do you know? She's evil!" I yell, childishly.
"She was basically drooling over me. She hid it well, but I saw it," he smirked.
"She's, her." The smirk faded away from his face, as he knew very well what I was talking about.
"I...You...She...What?! No, she's not. You're kidding," Andre said, his eyes almost falling out of his head in surprise.
"I'm not kidding. Did you notice the guy with her?" I asked. He nodded. "Her boyfriend."
"So? Any girl could've came with her boyfriend," he bit back.
"Chearleader uniform."
"Another chearleader with a boyfriend."
"Light brown hair."
"A lot of girls have light brown hair."
"Evil death glare."
Andre looked thoughtful, "I got nothing for that one."
"I'm telling you, it was Bella," I argue.
"I'll ask her name the next time I see her. I think I have science with her, not sure," he compromised.
"How come you never talked to her about me, though?" I forrow my eyebrows, confused.
"She skips most of the time."
"Oh. Makes sense."
Bella's POV:
I walked home after I left Jason's house. He said he couldn't drive me because he was "doing homework." Yeah, right. Homework. We all know Jason doesn't even know his schedule because he skips so much. Lazy jerk. But I didn't mind walking. It would give me a chance to collect my thoughts about what happened back at the restraunt. Andre's probably a senior. Maybe I have a class with him that I skip? I skip all subjects besides English. I love English. And the teacher is really cute, but sadly, taken.
Alright, so, on Monday, I have to go to all of my classes to check if Andre's with me in any class. Unlike Jason, I know where my classes are. This may surprise you, a bit, but I actually have a really good memory. Yeah, a chearleader is smart, get over it. Honestly, I don't know why in movies and shows, chearleaders are always stupid. We're still human beings, you know, and a lot smarter than what people give us credit for. We just get F's because we usually skip most of our classes.
"WHAT?! IS THIS SOME KIND OF SICK JOKE?!" I heard someone yell. I looked up from the floor and saw that I was standing in front of my house, which means the yelling belong's to my parents.
"N-no, Richard. I'm telling the t-truth," says a quiter, feminine voice, which belonged to my mother. I go towards a window to see what's happening with my parents. They haven't had a serious fight in years. And this seems really serious if my mom was stuttering.
"You know what you have to do," my dad says, pacing in the livingroom, calmer now.
"No. NO! I'M NOT GOING TO!!" cried Mom. I've had enough of this. I go towards the door and swing it open.
"What's going on here?" I ask seriously. They give each other the we're-so-busted-what-are-we-going-to-do look. "Well?"
"How much did you hear, honey?" my mom asked, softly. Gone was the smiling, confident mother I knew. I faced faced by a fearfull, tear-streaked face instead.
"That doesn't matter. I've heard enough to have the right to know WHAT IS GOING ON!"
"I think you should sit down," Dad spoke up. I did as I was told, and sat on one of our couches. "I...your mother...we...there...Well, you see..."
"I'm pregnant." My eyes widen. A big smile stretches across my face. "Richard isn't the dad." My smile vanishes. Tears begin forming in my eyes, but I hold them back.
"I have to go to bed." I run to my room, finally letting all of my tears go. I sob into my pillow for a good fifteen minutes until I get it together. I have to face this. I have to face this. I'm strong enough to do this. I can do this. I don't know what's going to happen next, but right now I need sleep.
"Please, make everything ok." Then I fall into a dreamless, restless, sleep.
