I have two matters to discuss. First, the security issue. We can hire more men, as I've said in the past, staff are disbosable. I see this as a positive. Now we know which of them are weak and crack under pressure. However after our third project...our, last failure, I think that this threat is more serious that mass hysteria. I want a division of six varied men to launch an investigation into this matter. I feel that our third subject, Alex, may still roam these halls, and we need to catch him before he thinks of more blind vengance.
Second, the other subjects. Dehumanization is key to successful development, possibly sending in a few staff members for them to build trust with, maybe even afterwards creating a sense of loyalty through propaganda and silver tongues. Control of the subects are key
