I woke up and took a shower. I dressed in the mandatory uniform we were forced to wear and brushed my teeth and grabbed my back-pack.
I walked downstairs and grabbed the house keys.
My 'mom' dropped me off at school and I walked through the halls of Bishop Ireton for the first time.
I walked into the room that said 'OFFICE' and went to the front desk.
"Hi how may I help," the lady at the front desk said.
"Ugh.. yes in fact I'm here because I'm new here and I need to find my classes," I said trying not to be rude.
"Aghhh... yes your the one that failed all your classes at your other school," she said.
'Yeah' I said under my breath and rolled my eyes.
She handed me all my classes and my number to my locker.
"Thank you," I said and walked out of the room.
I was walking to my locker, then suddenly was tripped by somebody.
"Watch where your going," he said in an annoyed voice.
"You should too," I said and got up.
I walked to my locker and put all my books away.
I went to my first period class which was 'Language Arts.'
I introduced myself to the teacher and he said to sit by some girl named Jordan.
I sat by her and she looked very pretty. She had blonde hair with blue highlights and she was very pale.
"Hi," she said politely.
"Hey," I said in return.
"What's your name," she asked wanting to start a conversation.
"Isabella," I told her.
"I think you already know my name," she said.
I nodded my head and the class began.
I couldn't stop thinking about that boy in the hall way.
He was so... so I don't know. But his attitude was the thing that through me off.
Mr. Mac interrupted my thoughts by telling us we had a class project.
"Okay today kids you will be doing a project and I will be picking the partners," he says and get a jar filled with names.
"Well lets see here," Mr. Mac said putting his hand in a jar which where he was choosing the names from.
"Cassidy and John, Rebecca and Andrew, Jenn and Justin, Jordan and Anthony, Andrea and Sam, Lauren and Ricardo, and finally Isabella and Matthew," he said.
I heard a few girls mumble 'damn it' under their breath.
The bell rang and I still wondered who I was partnered up with.
The boy I 'tripped over' in the hall way walked up to me.
"Meet me in the front of the school at 3:15," he said.
"But why," I asked confused.
"Because I'm your partner, I'm Matthew," he chuckled.
