Chapter 1
" Are you okay, Ruby? " Faith asked me in a soft voice. I knew she did not want to upset me and but I guess she was just concerned. " I'm fine but it hurts...so badly " I replied, relieving a big sigh. " You will be fine Ruby just that it will take time, and I hope it won't affect your studies! This is your last year in school and this is the most important month. So you will need to concentrate aites! " Faith encouraged me. I just nodded and gave a 'thanks a lot' smile. This is why Faith is my best friend. Just by saying her name, it does give me Faith in life.
Sometimes in class, I got carried away just the thought of my Grandfather. He was the my everything. Every single day without fail, I would visit him after school and usually we will do some "gossips". But then, he left us too early. It was really sad that I could not even get to say goodbye to him. I was busy at my friend's house, studying, and I got a call from Dad saying grandfather has left us. It did affect my studies a little bit just like Faith said but I know I should not do this. I know grandfather would not want this.
Basically, after this lesson is my Physics class. Urgh, kind of hate Physics ever since it got harder and tougher. " Good morning class! " said Mr Jonathan. I was wondering why is it that my physics teacher has become Mr Jonathan. Where is Mrs Elena? " Mrs Elena has gone for a 6 months course, therefore I shall be your new physics teacher! And I am sorry I don't really know all of your names but soon I will get to know all of you. Ok class please sit down. " He continued. It was so A W K W A R D ! He is our discipline master and why is he teaching our class.. out of all the teachers. However I don't really mind, he is kind of cute and good looking. I don't mind staring at him all day.
