"Lucian Blanche, pleasure to meet you"

"Daphne Harper, nice to meet you too. You're cute do you wanna join our club?"

With a smile that seems out of this world, that was how we first met.

"Lucian how about this?"

She showed me the manuscript she rewrote, I looked at her before flipping the front page. I grimaced at her and sighed, the paper was in a total mess that it was even a miracle that I was able to read it.

It's been six months since I transferred to Daphne's high school and within those six months I have been hanging around the Journalism Club just for the sake of "having fun".

"Much better, now can you please rewrite this in a orderly manner?"

She stood straight and saluted before marching back to her table. I smiled at her crazy antics. I think being in the club is fun not because I find writing fun but because I can see Daphne's idiotic side which she never lets loose outside the campus.

"Uhm Lucian, how do you write a transcript again?"

I looked at her and she was already holding her hand in an apologetic way while having that smile on her face. It took me a second before I realized that I was staring at her again.

I stood up from my seat and walked towards her. I looked at her laptop and saw that she was having a hard time writing the dialogues. I turned towards her direction, but was immediately stiffened by the sight it beheld. She was so close that I can smell the aroma of her perfume mixed with sweat. And that smile that never ceases to exist was there once again. Slowly she turned to look at my way and that was just the slowest moment in my life.

"Why is your face so red?"

I turned away from her and coughed. I can't believe I actually blushed right in front of her.

"Just finish your manuscript will you"

I ruffled her hair and went back to my seat.

This is what she has done to me. Leaving me speechless and breathless every damn time.

"Lucian, you are supposed to roll the fish around so that it will be cooked"

She held my hand and maneuvered it, she was directing me while rolling the fish around the campfire.

"Hey Daph, have you ever experienced a training camp before?"

She looked at me and smiled idiotically.

"Nope, this is my first"

"Then that makes the two of us"

"No way, you serious?"

I smiled at her and tried to roll the fishes by myself. For the final activity this semester, the journalism decided to have a training camp in the mountains. How is this a training camp? I'm not so sure myself.
