Chapter 3

I've been walking for quite awhile now. The sun is about to set. I walked a couple miles before stumbling apon anotger village.
When I was walking through, I got a few weird looks and glares. I walked over to a bread merchant and bought a loaf

     "You not from around here,are you?" He asked me. "No sir, just travling." I responded.         
     "Need a place to stay for the night?" He asked. I nodded my head and took a bite of the bread. "Meet me  here at sun down" He said walking away.

I thought it was a little suspicious, but I didn't question it. I at least have a place to stay for tonight. I put the rest of my bread in my satchel and decided to walk around. Only a few children were outside. I'm guessing they we're heading home. As I was walking, I spotted a dagger laying on the ground.
    
  'I guess I should take it in case of an             emergency'. 
I thought. I picked up the dagger and put it in my satchel. I noticed that the sun has set, so I  quickly and silently walked over to           where the merchant said to meet.

When I got there I noticed that the guy had something tucked in his pocket. I noticed that it was a knife. I quietly backed away and ran . I ran out of the village and down a dirt road.

This really was gonna be a long journey...
