   {Yami Bakura x Reader}
[Name] was a quiet girl, usually staying away from drama. She deemed it a waste of her time as well as relationships. She wanted to leave High school and go to a high standard college abroad, where she would learn to pursue her dream job of becoming [dream job]. There was near to nothing in her way except... For well... Him. A British, somewhat muscular, frosty white-haired male with deep maroon eyes tinted ever so slightly with red rings surrounding the irises. He had this 'higher than life' aura, all combined with a unique and dark attitude. He was better than perfect to her. His name was Yami Bakura and she was nearly 100% sure he had no clue the [hair colour] girl existed. So when she opened up her locker and a deep blue envelope came out, she was pretty much certain that she was being pranked.

'I like you. A lot. Need to talk to you, alone. Meet at the old clock tower around 04:30pm. Don't be late~"

The girl's eyes widened in shock as she reread the note, before roughly shoving it back into the envelope and then into her bag and made the decision to show up and at least tell them to their face she wouldn't.

...02:10...

[Name] took notes in her last class, Ancient History. It was a tough subject for the poor girl, remembering dates were a pain for her. Being so absorbed in her work, she didn't notice the brown eyes taking in her every movement from the back of the classroom.

...04:30...

She arrived at the withered clock tower looking for the boy who could've sent the letter. She walked around the tower only to see the familiar tufts of white hair which comically represented bunny ears. She took a step back in utter surprise.

"Ah, [Name]~" The male cooed, turning to face her petite frame. There was no mistake, this was Bakura himself. She couldn't believe it, the sudden urge to pinch herself dawned onto her. "I'm glad you're not late~" She straightened up.

"I-I'm never late!" He nodded in understanding, casting a carefree smile in her direction.

"As I wrote in the letter... I like you. So I'm going to just skip the annoying pretext. Will you go out with me?" He asked begining to grow impatient, the smile plastered across his features was about as real as an air guitar(1) What is she supposed to say? No? Ha! Yeah right. There's no way she could do that, not to him at least.

"Y-Yes.." With that answer, the man smiled wider.

"I'm glad!~" He replied, but the female could've sworn, even if only for a split second, his expression darkened.

...

They were always together, Bakura had latched himself onto her like a parasite to a crab and successfully encrusted himself into everyone of her daily task's. With Bakura and his friends being around all the time now, there was an awkward tension in the group. If she would look at his face, she would sense traces of jealously, but he refused to admit to it.

"I'm not jealous." He would snap "I'm...happy you get along with him." he would also add, but his tone was insincere and they both knew it. It esculated to the point of where he would check her phone, locker, bag, ect., for and other such things. Every time she talked to someone of the opposite gender, Bakura either gritted his teeth behind her or attached himself onto her arm with an iron tight grip and refused to let go.

...

"Enough is an enough!" The girl screamed to the point of losing her voice for the second time today, Bakura had got into a fight with another male. "Why are you doing this!? It doesn't make sense!" She yelled, tears forming in her eyes, before storming off. The male attempted to catch up with her, but she had gotten into a cab and it had driven away by the time he had gotten to the end off the street. She went to a friend of Bakura's house that she had happened to get close over the months she had been dating his best friend. His name was Marik and she found him the easiest to relate to in their disfunctional family of a friendship group. They talked for quite a long time, she explained every miniscule detail that had occurred that day. The rational part of her was itching for her to leave and that it was bad to be there, especially as she had left Bakura. But she couldn't help it, if anyone understood her it was the blonde male.

After talking for a little while longer, there was a sound of a door opening. Marik shrugged.

"Must be Odion." [Name] recalled meeting the bald man on a few different occasions. Marik got up to check if it was the boy they concluded,

"Huh... He's not there."

"Maybe we where hearing things...?" Marik walked back over to his spot besides her on the floor. However, on the way back, he tripped on a table leg and landed on top of her.

"Ow. Oh, geez sorry." He apologised, eyes wide. She shook her head,

"No problem, get off though. You're heavy." She laughed, smiling cheekily.

The door swung open with a bang and there in the doorway stood a wide eyed Bakura.

"I... Looked everywhere for you... And you're here.." [Name] shook her head frantically.

"No! It isn't what it seems..! Marik-he-"

"Why... Yes, why...? Is the question that's on my mind (2) He walked over, almost staggering. He delivered a swift kick to Marik's stomach. He delivered a few more blows, before looking at [Name]. He didn't seem as sad as he sounded. His face was crazed yet at the same time.. it looked blank and devoid of emotion.

"Bakura.. I swear.. I..-"

"You're a liar, [Name] and you know... liar's.. burn

...

They all sat around the fire. Bakura had called everyone (and I mean everyone he knew) for a giant bomb fire in a clearing in the woods. The flames were tall and blistering hot. Yugi, Joey, Tristan, Ryou, Teá and Mia all sat around the large fire laughing and smiling. Bakura sat silently however, staring into the fire with the feeling of guilt regret.

".. Beautiful, as always."

" Did you say something, Bakura?" Ryou tilted his head innocently

"No, no.. Just admiring the beauty of the fire." He said. Roxas nodded, before turning back to the conversation at hand. The Frosty white-haired male smiled sadly and lightly poked a lock of [Hair colour] coloured hair into the flames

"Anyway, where is [Name]?" Yugi asked, curiousity getting the better of him

"Good riddance!~" Tea cheered
