{Pirate! Marik x Siren Readed}

It was a beautiful day for you to be forlicking out in the vast expanse of the place you call home. The sea was such a large and wonderful place for your kind. You were a siren. You had a beautiful white tail and white frilled ears. You loved to sing songs randomly to other fish and merfolk. You didn't like to kill and drag humans into the ocean much like your kin did.

You wanted to explore the human world above, but your family forbade you to do so because they feared you would wind up as a trophy to some human. You detested being told what to do, so you rebelled only today to go up to the surface and see the foreign world. One of your trusted friends knew your plan so they decided to stick with you.

"{Name}, let's go back! We'll be in trouble if we get caught!" Mai had whined, thinking about her friends and family. You two could've been related since you were so insuperable, but Mai wasn't a siren. She was a mermaid. She was a royal one at that, she lived in a palace with her family. Mai was so pretty, with her long billowing blonde hair that reflected the sun and sparkled in the water and deep purple eyes. She had a beautiful purple tail and fins. She was the definition of beauty, whereas you looked like a dangerous sea monster that dragged people into their doom.

"We'll be fine, I've done this plenty of times before! Chill! I just wanna see the humans today. I hear there's going to be a pirate ship sailing through our waters today! I wanna see the captain!" You gushed excitedly to your friends, sparkles illuminating your eyes. You floated to the top, poking your head out of the water to see there was indeed a pirate ship in view. You flipped your tail under the water in joy, diving back underneath the water. "I see a ship!"

Mai smiled nervously, "That's great! Can we go now?" She looked around the small cove you both were in, hiding from the rest of the sea life so they wouldn't rat you out.

"I wanna see the captain, then we can go. I promise." You smiled, revealing your sharp fangs. You zipped back up into the surface world and rested on the wooden front of the docked ship. You gazed in awe at the humans walking about and taking while you looked for the so called captain.

You had heard tales of this particular pirate ship called 'The tomb keepers' and you were determined to find it because the captain who led it  was supposedly brute and lustful for power. Also everyone called him attractive, and you wanted to be the judge that. You peered through little wooden rails, in the hopes of catching a glimpse of the captain.

Two men around your age were talking, they seemed to be Quatermasters because they were dressed in high ranking outfits. You tried to eavesdrop on them with your inhumane hearing, but you were startled by a growling noise infront of you. You squeaked, seeing a very large golden dragon in front of you. It didn't look like a normal dog, and so you came to the conclusion that it was a weird monster humans kept around "Uh.. hello?"

The dragon released a ear-piercing roar, grabbed you by the arm, and yanked you onto the deck. It sniffed you, watching you with a curious eye.

You were startled by the by the dragon, and terrified to be on a human ship. You wanted to go home just like Mai suggested. Why didn't you listen to her? You looked around to see the men on ship looking at you with utter shock. Some dropped their things, whilst others poured out whatever they had in their mugs. All the colour drained from your face as you practically shat yourself.

One of the men you saw earlier ran towards a door near the back of the ship. He came back with a man dressed up in pirates uniform, that looked very attractive. He had burns in the right side of his body and face as well as an eyepatch around his right eye, a lone heliotrope eye staring directly at you with interest. This must have been the leader everyone had been gossiping about back home.
