Accent: A bit american but he has a gravelly voice either way.
Appearance: Tobī has brown and dark spiky hair. His eyes are a forest green and his fur is a variety of caramel colors. He is extremly fit so his quirk can work at it's top efficiency. He looks just like a lion with the body proportions of a human and frankley is like his father.

Special Features: Toby has sharp claws and especially strong teeth, he needs to go to a special dentist for them.

Personality:
(Hero 16/20) Tobī is a playful guy who enjoys doing the dumest of dares for a heck of it and a good chuckle. He has a good heart and wishes for a world where everyone can laugh till their stomaches burn. Tobī has this calm attitude towards things that he blames entirely on his feline quirk as to not give himself praise. After all it makes him lazy and laid back. Tobī often get's quite serious and stern when he absolutely needs to, feels threatened or upset. When he does find someone he likes to be around he'll be playful and a tease, trying to spend loads of time with them.
(Villain 20) Tobī a trickster who loves seeing the expressions of those he ticks off. He's more of a pick pocketer but isn't afraid to get into deeper trouble. The guy has experience as a security gaurd for festivals and was fired after rigging the sound system to blare on such a high volume. Tobī doesn't get angery much, he'll roll his eyes and continuing bugging people.

Quirk name: Lion
Quirk Description: User has the ability to gain the strength of a full grown male lion. They can also use a powerful roar to blast anything away from him and the surrounds like an earth quake. When activated his hair grows widly long and puffy, all the way down to his mid-section. Addition to this he has other feline features. His fingers have claws that can cut an object or person. His ears are excellent at hearing quiet noises. His whiskers can feel small vibrations like a cat's can.

Weaknesses: He can only use his roar three times and even then his neck is extremely sore and his vocal chords destroyed. When he uses his lion strength he becomes extremly tired and will slowly fall asleep or entirely. He can't replenish his tiredness so he needs to rest his body with sleep alot.
To use his feline senses he has to completly clear his mind of everything. Like a lion seeing a pack of zebras, he get's confused with stripes. Giving him a horrible headache and actually puke out.

Likes: Sleep, metal, rock, 90's music, the Beetles, monster energy drink, chocolate, memes, slime, western cartoons, mexican food, well done meat, beef and bacon, the color black.

Dislikes: Bills, paying for medication, singing, rap, cliche love stories, red bull, coffee, cake.

Costume: Tobī doesn't wear shoes since his paw pads and claws help him run faster than with them. He has support iteams on his ankles and wrists to help his motion direct and fast. On his ears are gear which help him pick up the smallest of sounds. Around his neck he has a device which is both a monitor watching how loud his volume get's for his own safety, and a tightener. If he uses his roar it automatically tightens to constrict the area of pain and even it out.

Weapon(s): A thick double sided sword dipped in a liquid to paralaze the enemy without actually hurting them. Capture tape, which every hero needs. A pouch filled with black smoke bombs to escape a sticky situation.
(Villain) Tobī uses uses may knives and explosives, prefering to actually have jagad points attached to his costume.

Regular Clothes: Tobī wears clothes that seem emo and unflashy but once in a while he'll pull out his colorful tye-dye shirts or Hawaii button up shirts with khaki pants.

Crush: Ochacko Uraraka

Other: He's an only child and is being raised by just his father. Tobī doesn't know what happened to his mom, just that she got sick one day and didn't come back home. Seeing his dad saddened by this, young Tobī made an effort to always make him laugh. Soon enough he ended up spreading this treatment to everyone, wanting them all to laugh.
Tobī once broke his arm playing football and when he got on an arm cast, proceeded to ask the doctor if he could get those dog cones just to look funny at school.
Tobī has smoked marijuana before but would rather forget about that and never do it again.

Tobī smokes weed and regular cigars when he's home alome and absolutely bored. He doesn't dare try another drug.
