No one's POV
The woman looked around frantically making sure no one was there, carefully pulling her hood over her and looking down at the basket below.
"Sshh everything will be okay." She rang the doorbell leaving behind a note, before disappearing into the grey, rainy world around her.
"Yes? Oh who are you?" The baby began to cry as the cold rain hit her face.
"Come one let's get you inside." Alfred closed the door, taking the basket and note with him.
"Sir we have a visiter!" Bruce showed up quickly walking out of the living room with a glass of water in hand.
"Yes Alfred? Who's the baby?" Alfred read the note and his eyes widened handing it over to a curious Bruce.
"Sir she's Evie Todd."
"What? You mean."
"Jason's little girl."
Author's note: Bet you can't guess who the mother is. I can't think of anyone else apart from Essence who would be the mother and I just enjoy the idea of it all no matter how weird and unlikely. Essence will appear on occasion but not too often, well save for one major chapter but I'm getting ahead of myself.
