Part 6- B4

Harry's p.o.v

I felt Niall staring at me as I walked down the corridor. I knew he was, I could sense his concerned eyes, feel the tension burning into my skull.

"Are you okay?" He asked quietly as we walked slightly behind Amber, Jay and Nathan.

"Yeah, I'm fine" I lied, swallowing the lump that had formed in my throat.

"It's okay to be scared Harry, we're all here for you" Niall smiled sympathetically and awkwardly patted my shoulder.

"Cheers mate, it'll all work out in the end" I sighed as we turned right and carried on walking. I thought about what it would be like if she didn't remember me? What would I do with myself?

*Flashback*

"Harry! Harry please!" Molly screamed as she was being dragged to the car.

"Molly!" I shouted back, running out of the front door and down our driveway.

"Ow! Please, please!" Molly shouted, complete fear in her eyes. I felt two hands wrap tight around me as a form of restraint.

"Don't let them take her mum, don't let them take her" I begged, thrashing about as tears raced down my cheeks.

"Shhhh, shhhh my boy" mum whispered, stroking my hair and a face like stone.

"Please mum? Get her back?" I asked, looking into her eyes with pain in my own. But she wouldn't meet my gaze, instead she just stared as Molly kicked and screamed while she was bundled into the car.

The door was shut and locked, Molly's fists pounded against the glass as mascara raced down her cheeks.

"Let me out!" Came the muffled scream from the car. That did it, I broke free of Mums grip and raced to the car. My hand collided with the back of the car as it sped off down the road.

I took off.

I chased the car, but it was getting further and further away. I looked up, I could see Molly's hand pressed up against the back windscreen and her head slowly shaking between her sobs.

"I love you" she mouthed though the glass and with that, I sunk to my knees in the middle of the road. I watched as the car faded before lying on the ground in a ball, rocking and sobbing. A car horn sounded from behind me, but I didn't move, I just lay there, motionless, praying I'd see her again one day...

I shuddered at the memory and snapped back into reality. I was a little way behind the others and quickened my pace to keep up with them. It felt like we'd been walking for hours. We turned a corner one final time before we stopped outside a door "B4" was printed just above the tinted glass window. She was in there and I knew she was.

The irony of the room being "B4". Before. Before today, I didn't think I'd ever see her again. Before that day, she was the most important person in my life, and she still is. Before any of this happened, my happy, smiley sister was at home with me, life wasn't perfect, but we had each other and that's all we needed. I almost laughed at the thought of "before" and the life we used to have. Maybe this was almost a blessing so she didn't have to deal with mum in the same way that she used to... Before. I knew I'd see her again, I had to, but I didn't think it would be anything like this...

The doctor came out and peered round at us all happily. I tried to return the smile but I couldn't, knowing what I knew, I couldn't bring myself to smile.
