I woke up and squinted to see where I was. I was in my room. I stood up and streched my arms and legs hearings bones crack. I walked over to the door and opened it walking down stairs. "Hey hunny" My mom said smiling. "Hi mom why so much food?" I asked staring at all the plates. "Nicos back in town and his family is coming over for dinner." She said smiling. "MOM" I yelled "Im sorry sweety! Now go get dressed! Oh and you better be on your best behavior" She said.
I walked up stairs and got dressed quickly. "They are here" My mom yelled from the bottom of the stairs. I gulped loudly. I walked down the stairs slowly and seen Luca and Diane (I dont know what Nicos moms name is) and Nico. I slooked at Nico and he was staring at me. I quickly looked away. "ZOE" I heard Luca yell running over to me and hugging me. "Hey luca whats up" I said hugging back. She pulled away and said "Nothing really" She said smileing. "Dinners done" My mom said. We walked over to the table. I sat by Luca and my mom. Nico was on the other side staring at me. I quickly finished my food. "Uh Rylee texted and said she needs help with her uh project" I said looking at my mom. "Ok go" she said I said bye to Luca and Diane and quickly left. I walked outside as the cool summer air hit me.
