Heaven's Mistake

Reincarnation? No Thanks.

Levi woke up first in the morning. Although mornings in hell were much more different than on earth you could still distinguish them. The blue fires outside turned red and it gave the sky a warm hue. He sat up looking around his room exhausted but couldn't remember why. Finally he felt movement beside him and that when he spotted you laying naked, covered in bruises and scratches. His eyes widened at the realization that he had raped you and immediately jumped away from the mattress.

Hanji then knocked on the door and let herself in with a maid following behind her. They both pushed small carts into the room, Hanji's containing medicine and the maid's today's breakfast for two. To this observation, Levi knew the whole castle must know what happened last night.

"Hanji." Levi spoke coldly and pissed off. "Why didn't you stop me?" He asked her.

"With all due respect, she came in here by herself." Hanji told him returning the cold expressions. This was obviously some inside plan everyone was in on.

"Then why didn't you stop her at least?!" Levi raised his voice grabbing Hanji by the collar. "You could have prevented me hurting her!!"

"There was nothing we could have done. After all no one interrupts His Majesty in heat."

Hanji was right. It'd be a death wish, suicide to even knock on his door during that period.

Levi finally let go of Hanji and threw on whatever clothes he could find before leaving the room. He couldn't bare to see you hurt especially when he was the one who inflicted all those wounds.

You sat naked on a small stool as Hanji placed bandages over your scratches that every now and then bled if you moved too much. She applied ointments to your bruises to help them heal faster and to reduce the pain. You felt terrible knowing how Levi was feeling. You didn't approach him with bad intentions after all yet he was feeling upset at himself.

"This should do. Please refrain from making sudden movements and drink plenty of water." Hanji informed you as she helped you stand up with the help of the other maid.

Your nether regions were in pain to the point where you couldn't walk without making it hurt more and Hanji ordered you to stay in bed and rest. It seemed like it was gonna be a boring day.

They sat you on the edge of the bed and placed your food tray on your thighs. Hanji stayed until she saw you ate everything and left.

Levi was going through his paperwork till he found an envelope with a golden wax seal at the center. It was from heaven. More specifically the Holy Court. Suddenly his stress increased but decided to open it anyway.

This letter shall serve as formal notice of God to hold a trial for Lucifer vs. Heaven at the Holy Court of the Heavens for breaking the 5th law of protection of Pure Souls against Dammed Souls under the 1st Law of Nature.

You stand accused of:

•Staining a Pure Soul by performing the following;
-Seducing a Pure Soul
-kissing of a Pure Soul on any part of the body
-rape of a Pure Soul
-injuring a Pure Soul

•Imprisoning an Angel by:
-restraining him from the use of his or her wings and or divine powers.

What shocked Levi the most was the last accusation. He has never restrained Gabriel under any circumstances which he immediately knew it was the doing of his guards and servants.

Levi made his way to the dungeons where he thought Gabriel would be. He found him in the most secluded cell tied with a spell on the ropes to prevent him from using his strength and a nozzle that silenced his screams.
