"So I'm going to place this camera in the kitchen-" The clip is of Corey in the kitchen, leaning forward and placing his camera on the counter next to the laundry room and the hallway that leads to the garage. "And just try to hide it behind these grocery bags."
He pushes one large bag, with a large 'Target' logo on the front. It's just a few inches within the frame, but not enough to block anything.
"I hope that's okay..." He smiles at the camera and grabs his phone from his pocket. "Okay. Elton just texted me that he was just leaving the gym. So that's about a 5 minute drive back here... Damn, I hope I don't break down and start laughing."
He chuckles at the thought. A second later, there's another time-lapse of Corey stepping away from the camera and pacing around the kitchen/in-and-out of frame.
A text box appears and tells the audience that 15 minutes has passed before the speed slows down.
Corey, who was leaning on the counter next to the fridge and scrolling through his phone; looked up and over towards the kitchen's door frame. He looks back to the camera and smiles, he mouths 'show time.'
"Hello?"
"Hey, baby." Elton walks into the kitchen, and next to his boyfriend. The couple shares a kiss before Elton walks to the hallway to the garage, and tosses his bag somewhere out of frame. The only sound was it landing, with a soft thud.
"Taxes done?" Corey stands up and watches his boyfriend come back into frame. They continue to talk, and Elton walks to the fridge - who brings out a water bottle and takes a long sip.
Elton nods before brining the bottle down from his lips. "Is Thomas asleep?"
"Oh. About that." Corey scratches the side of his neck as he turns away from the counter and towards Elton. "I put him up for adoption."
"You did what?"
"Adoption. Yeah, I've decided parenthood is way too much work and decided adoption was a good idea."
"What the actual *beep*-" Elton throws his water bottle to the side - it landed with a thud (out of frame) and all the water from the inside spilled out onto the kitchen floor. He walked up to his boyfriend, they were face-to-face now. "Don't you think I should have a opinion on that?"
"Oh, like I had the 'opinion' on me getting pregnant 14 months ago? Huh?" Corey snaps back, squaring up Elton.
"That's my *beep* child, Corey! What the *beep*, how could you *beep* do that?"
The speed of the video increases and yet another time-lapse starts. It just shows the couple continue to fight; the evidence is both are red faced and moving their arms widely. After a few seconds, it returns to normal pace.
"What I don't understand is, don't you need the father's signature on those forms?" Elton was now standing by the door frame. Corey was out of frame.
"I had to forge your signature."
Elton swears again, and places his hands on either side of his head. He turns around and walks out of the kitchen; and the frame.
Corey pops back into frame and grabs the camera. With a few seconds of 'shaky cam' there's a close up of his face.
"Okay. He's bought it." Corey was smiling. "And he's so mad! I'm going to text Phil to bring Thomas back, so Elton can fume a bit longer."
