A number which you haven't save sent you a text all of sudden saying 'are you okay?'

How did this someone know that I'm not okay. But how did they even get my number. As far as I know I'm not a social person. I'm nobody at school.
Only my one single friend has my number and her boyfriend. There's no chance that they leaked it or that person just dialed some random number and it ought to be mine.
