The night before Riley's 13th birthday Maya had an idea for the most amazing, cool, and extravagant surprise birthday party.
So to start she decorated her house with neon lights, streamers, sparklers and more. She thought that since she was going into teenage years she should make it special.
She ordered the cake, a cake the size of a wedding cake. It was beautiful, with seven layers stacked up on top of each other.
Next she planned games she planned a water balloon toss and a pool diving contest.
