Maya called Riley and asked if she wanted to "hang out" of course she meant go to her surprise party. All of her family and friends were coming.
When Riley walked in everyone yelled "SURPRISE." She was so happy and shocked.
A little while later they went outside to play games.
They played water balloon toss. The teams were Riley and Maya, Cory and Topanga and Farkle and Lucas. Auggie didn't want to play. Farkle and Lucas won. Their prize was a $20 Target gift card.
Next they played the pool diving contest. It was the game where they throw rings in the pool and you dive in and race to get them.
The competitors were Riley and Lucas, Farkle and Auggie, and Maya and Topanga.
When Riley and Lucas were up, they were too close. They bumped into each other underwater and Riley couldn't get back up. Topanga jumped in to save her. She grabbed her arm and brought her back up. She wasn't breathing. Maya tried to open the door to get the phone. The door was locked.
