Chapter 1

I, Raven Johnson have been stuck in the vampire school for 2 years. I have am now a bloodslave for Herald Night, and I hate him. One day I'll escape

Anyways, here at the school for vampires I only have one best friend, Madison Chong, Mads for short. We've grown to love each other. She is the bloodslave of Nickolas Hudson, prince Herald's best friend, so Mads and I almost see each other everyday.

Sometimes I wonder how my parents, best friend, and sister are doing. I miss them soo much, I was watching the news and it mentioned that the police think I'm dead. But I'm perfectly fine I get fed meals everyday, except when I'm bad. The only real bad thing is getting bitten

*flashback

I stood there frozen, "This'll only hurt a little, sweetheart" he said.

I took a shaky breath and gulped, he kissed my neck and then there was real pain it hurt so badly! Like a hundred bees stinging my neck! He pulled away and then warmth spread all over me. It was like heaven, I wanted it to last forever! Prince Herald kissed my cheek and carried me to his bed. Then my eyelids went heavy, before I knew it I darkness embraced me.

I shuddered, I always hated getting bitten, I always questioned the warmth, but never asked.

Today was when Prince Herald finds his mate, when every vampire turns 18 that vampire finds his mate.

There will be a HUGE ball celebrating him and his mate, and his birthday everybody including the bloodslaves will attend.

I really hope it's not me! I really hate him! He treats me like a dog! And when when he is In a bad mood he goes as far as hitting me!

His mate is probably Chelsea Chavenah, she is a true slut. She has bleached blonde hair, unreal blue eyes, and always wears 6-inch high heels along with her mini mini skirts that show more but then it needs to with her tight crop tops that show 70% boob.
