At the church there are two women putting red sheets over the statues. Outside there is a mob of people wearing white and red they are walking down the street.
"I searched the entire French quarter Finn's vanished." Klaus says over the phone as he walks through a crowd of people. "I can't remove the barrier that has you trapped....until I have my hands around his throat."
"I hoped you had a plan B." Marcel says.
"Davina. She doesn't know it yet, but she's gonna help me break his spell. Your job: keep Kol alive. At least until we know Rebekah's whereabouts." Klaus says. Marcel looks at the werewolf bite on his arm. "Are you listening to me?"
"Yeah, all sounds fine and good. but listen, when I was getting the werewolves out I got bit."
"I will get you my blood. I will get you out of that house, Marcellus. Whatever it takes." They hung up. Marcel looked at the wall where the 'M' is. He then started having flashbacks
Flashback
Marcel is wearing a war outfit he's looking at the wall when Klaus walks in.
"You are not leaving this bloody house, Marcel!"
"My enlistment papers say otherwise." Marcel says as he walked over to him and hands Klaus the papers." 369th Regiment. They call them the Harlem Hellfighters. Boat leaves tomorrow."
"Is this lunacy because I forbid you to be with Rebekah? So now you're going off to fight the Germans. Fine. Go, but remember, Marcel, this is your home. I am your family. And if you haven't learned that in the century since I took you in, then learn it now! Family are not just people who coddle you, who grant you your every whim. They are people who fight for you, who you fight for! And if this family endeavors to stop you from making a tragic error of the heart....then by all means, express your discontent.... But what you do not do is abandon us. Fine, go. You'll be back. The prodigal son always returns home."

Marcel turned around and walked out of the room. He walked over to the balcony and look down at all the other vampires.

Marcel is looking at the bite when Kaleb walks in
"What are the church bells? Sounds like the preamble at my own bloody funeral." Kaleb says
"It's Carillon Eve. The locals shroud the eyes of the angels.... So the dead can walk among us for a night without judgement. The bells wake the dead and guide them to eternal rest. So whether you live or die today, you can join the festivities."
"Oh, Marcel, you're gonna make certain I live. I'm the only one who knows how to find. I'm the only one who knows how to find Rebekah."
"If you underestimate how hungry I am... How much I'd to appease my hungry friend's out that door."
"And just what would Davina say about that? Because I'm not one to kiss and tell, obviously.... But I think she likes me."
"Watch your mouth. Before I drain every vein of yours myself." Marcel says as he walked out the room. He walks over to the other vampires but his vision got blurry. He then started getting dizzy he looked up and seen a man walking towards him
"Joe?" He says
"Hey, Carporal." Joe says
Flashback
Marcel and Joe are hiding in a ditch with other men while guns and bombs going off around them.
