Wait, I will only be one more minute!” I claimed while putting the finishing touches on my makeup, before running out of our apartment. I walked over to find Paige waiting patiently in the car. But I could tell by the look on her face that she was ready to leave with or without me. The second I got in the car she sped out of the drive way.

“Calm down, will you?”

“I can’t! I am just too exited! Our first one direction concert!” she squealed followed by a loud scream.

After a couple minutes of her talking and fangirling, I wasn’t surprised when we ran a red light.

“Paige, you just ran a red light?!”

“What?” she said sounding confused,”ops… I just don’t wana be late!”

"We won’t be late as long as you don’t get pulled over for that red light!”

“Hehe” she laughed nervously, now worrying about her traffic violation. ”oh well!! Come on Zoey, live a little! Get exited! We are going to our first one direction concert! AHHHH! And tonight we meet one direction!”

“Hey, I am exited! I can just contain it a little better than you!” then finally the reality of the situation hit me and I started to think out loud. “Tonight… I meet… one direction ….AHHH!!!!!!!!!”

“So much for containment,” Paige mumbled.

After a 15 minute car ride we arrived at the concert stadium. Paige jumped out of the car screaming, and ran into the stadium without even looking back. I walked into the enormous arena and looked around, finding Paige in line for the preconcert signing. I walked over and stood next to her.

“It’s good to know that as soon as you’re offered a chance to meet one direction you completely forget about me.” I said jokingly to her knowing how much this means to her.

"Sorry” she mumbled not really meaning it. But I understood because this is all she has been thinking about for a month. She looked at me then smiled knowing all was forgiven.

Waiting in line was hell, knowing that only a few yards away was one direction! We stood in line and fangirled for about 45 minutes. I got out my camera and poster, took a deep breath then stepped forward to meet the boys.

First was Liam. He said hi and asked us our names then signed our poster and took a picture with us. Next was Zayn, he smile shyly then signed our stuff and took a picture with us. I felt eyes on me so I looked over and saw Harry and Niall staring at us only to quickly look away. I nudged Paige and told her what happened and she managed to hold back screams, as we walked over to Louis. He asked us our name and I noticed Harry and Niall listening in and apparently so did Louis because he screamed out, “BOYS! Wait your turn, you can have these two attractive lady’s when I am done!” making all four of us blush. While I was taking Paige’s picture with the Louis he whispered something into her ear making her laugh. I gave her the “you are telling me latter look”, then we moved onto Harry.

Paige froze seeing who was next. Harry has been her favorite forever and she has dreamed about this moment for a while. I saw the look on her face grabbed her arm and told her to take a deep breath. I approached Harry saying hi. He smiled and said “hello, love. What’s your name?”

“I am Zoey and this is Paige.” We both waved. Paige finally finding her voice looked up and caught Harry’s eyes, they stared at each other for a moment before he looked away to sign our posters, then as I went up to take my photo with Harry I whispered in his ear that he was her favorite and his smile got a little bit bigger. When I was taking the picture of Paige and Harry, Harry’s hand dropped a little lower on Paige’s back. I winked at Paige then took the picture.

Last was Niall, my favorite. I took one very deep breath and steeped over to him.

“Hey” he said with his Irish accent that made me melt.

“Hi” I said the only word that came to my mind as it froze. Paige come over and saw my problem and started to talk.

“Hi, I am Paige and this is Zoey.” I slowly dragged my eyes from the floor and made eye contact with Niall for one perfect millisecond before it was ruined by Paige when she asked for him to sign our poster.

Right when I was about to ask him to take a picture with us, a security guard came over and pushed us away, saying our time was up.

“What the hell!?” Paige hollered at the enormous man.

He tried to keep on pushing us when I heard someone say, “No, I want to take a picture with them.” Recognizing the familiar Irish accent I turned around and saw Niall standing there. I was stunted as he took my camera and started to pose. Leaving me standing there baffled.

“Am I taking this picture on my own?” he said jokingly I went over and stood next to him as he clicked the camera. BEST DAY EVER! I thought as I walked away only for Niall to grab my arm spinning me around. I was startled and Niall must have seen it.

“I am sorry to scare you, I was just wondering if maybe you and your friend would like to hang out with me and the boys after the concert?” he said quickly and quietly.

“Huh?” I asked confused

“Oh never mind then…” he turned around and walked away.

“Wait, Niall I would love to” I said trying to get him to stay.

“Great! Here are two VIP passes, when we start to sing up all night go back stage and show the guards these passes” he said pulling out two VIP passes "ok, see you soon." I said walking over to Paige, thinking is this a dream?
