The Trainees

     I have always dreamed of becoming a dancer from a very young age.

     So, I started dancing when I was about 12. The place that I really preformed at was at school talent shows. Though I never won one, I always pushed myself harder to try and get to the top.

     One day I auditioned for JYP.
I was really nervous but I had my friends with me, like my four besties from school, Lee Mina, Kim Jiso, Han Jisung, and Lee Felix.

     We all auditioned and became JYP trainees at one point. Although being trainee is tough it was worth it.

      I ran around my apartment trying to find my shoes. I was already late for our dance class that was being held in the JYP building for us trainees.

     I finally found my shoes and started putting them on.

     "Jiso are you ready yet?!" I yelled to my friend that always took forever to get ready.

     "Honey, I've been ready for 2 hours and your still not ready." She said shaking her head. I laughed and grabbed my bag.

     "Well I'm ready now," I said checking the time. "We have five minutes to get there. Let's bounce!"

     We ran out of the building and down the street to JYP.

    Once we got there we ran to the practice room where we were dancing. We both walked in quietly and sat down on the floor while waiting for the instructors to come.

     "Why are you guys late all the time?" Felix asked in his deep voice.

     "Well I was up and ready to go but miss Kim Jaylee here slept in.." Jiso said glaring at me.

     "Hey I'm sorry I was up till 3 am trying to learn the choreography for the trainee show case." I said standing up since the instructors had finally arrived.

     "Okay, good morning every one! Hope you all got good sleep because today we will be learning 3 dances!" The instructor said with a smirk, clapping his hand together.

     "But before we start I want to introduce you to my assistant...this is Hwang Hyunjin!" We all bow and greet him.

     The longer I looked at him the cuter he got. He looked like a prince! And his lips were so plump looking.
Though he was pretty tall, he very handsome.

     "Hello I'm Hyunjin and I will be assisting for a few weeks." He said with a smile.

     "Alright now let's learn the dances!" The main instructor said as he switched on the music.

     The first two dances were pretty easy to me but the last one was the trickiest one yet. It had a lot of confusing foot work. I ended up tripping right as I thought I was doing it right.

     I fell right on my face! Ouch!
Everyone started laughing. I was so embarrassed.

     "Alright, alright. Let's calm down and take a break." The instructor said laughing as well.

     I stood up and walked ouver to my bag to grab my water but it was empty. I breathed heavly and sighed.

     "This is just great.." I said to myself.

     "Hey.." I heard someone behind me say. I turned around and saw Hyunjin.

     He tosses me a water bottle.
I cought it and looked at it. I noticed it had been used. I looked at him.

     "I'm sorry, it was the only one I had and you looked thirsty so there," he paused and looked at the floor before looking back at me. "and good work." he said and gave me a smile.

     "Thanks." I said as I open the bottle and took a big drink

     He walked back to the to front of the mirror and we started working again.

     By this time we were almost done, but I  was still having trouble with the last dance.

      As I was dancing I saw Hyunjin watching me. I saw his mouth silently talk to me from the distance.

      "Do you need some help?" I nodded and stopped dancing. He walked over to me and showed me the steps one more time. I tried it again and finally did it right.

     "Ok, so there is one thing you are doing wrong," He sighs and looks at me. "You are trying to hard. Loosen up and have some fun with it." I nod and try it again, but looser and more fun looking. I could tell that it was much better.

     "See? That was much better. You're an amazing dancer, but that's the one thing you have been missing." He smiled while patting my shoulder.

"Thank you for your help." I smile.

     By the end of the class it was about 9:30. After a long day, Felix decided to treat me and our other friends with ice cream. We all loved the idea so right after practice we went out to get some.

     Though the ice cream was delicious, I couldn't wait to get home and sleep. I walked into my room and slipped my shoes off. I couldn't stop thinking about how Hyunjin had helped me. I really owed him one. I slowly drifted off to sleep.
