"K- kody..." He froze and clenched his fist. Tears streaming down his face, I walked up to him. I gave him a hug.
He shoved me away. I fell on the ground staring at him, "Get off me!" Kody shouted, and ran away.
I laid there on the ground, watching Kody run. Watching Kody run...from me. Before I knew it I was crying.
I ran into the house about to go to my room, then Aiden stopped me. "Lumine what's wrong?" he asked. I stopped and looked at him then looked away.
He looked just like Kody, I thought to myself than continued to run. I locked the door and threw myself onto my bed, and cried.
"Why do I care so much?" I cried, "This is kody of course he's like this..." I thought as tears where streaming down my face.
"I love Kody. Why can't he love me back?" I put my head up and thought about those words.
"I love Kody." I repeated. "I lOVE kody!" I wiped the tears off my face. "Why is Love so painful, I thought love was joy, happiness."
I closed my eyes and put my head down, and fell asleep.

After I walked out I heard a noise coming from downstairs. I went to go see what it was.
"Lumine?" it was Kody. My face tightened as I thought about earlier. He walked up to me, "I- i'm sorry." he apologized.
I found my self not able to speak, I just stared. He put a hand on my shoulder, our eyes met. We stood there for seconds, that felt like minutes.
Gazing into each other's eyes. His beautiful green eyes stared into mine.I finally felt myself able to move.
I placed a hand on his cheek.
