Chapter 6

Gia's POV

I woke up feeling horrible. I had puffy eyes and I hated the fact that Matt wasn't next to me. It just made me feel lonely. I hated that feeling. Mia came into our room and jumped on me to wake me up. Bitch. "MIA! WTF?" I yelled at her. "YOU HAVE TO TALK TO MATT TODAY!" She yelled. Is she serious? Is this girl for real? She just woke me up at 8 in the morning to tell me to talk to Matthew. Yeah she has problems. "I don't know Mi..." I said. "oh come on you and I both know how much you love him and miss him." She smirked. "Yeah but he still cheated." I thought about last night. "Just talk to him." She pushed me into the hall. I walked out and saw Carter sleeping outside of Matts room. "Carter?" I said laughing. "Oh hey Gia." He smiled. "Why did you sleep out here." I said laughing even more. "Oh because Matt wouldn't stop talking about how much he messed up and it pissed me off." He rolled his eyes. "Awhh" I said with a small giggle. Carter got up and gave me a hug. " If he ever hurts you again, I'll hurt him." He told me. See this is what I mean with protective. "I left him with a warning." He said. "Ok" I laughed. "Thanks love you" I told him. " love you too now I'm gonna go check on Julia." He told me. "Gotchaaa" I said giving him a thumbs up. I walked into my room. Matt was still sleeping. I ran over and jumped on top of him. "CARTER WTF!?" He yelled. He sounded like me with Mia. "It's not Carter." I said smiling. He shot up. "GIA!" He said excitedly. "Haha HIII" I said. "I missed you so much" he told me. "I know I missed you too." I confessed. Out of no where he kissed me. I missed this. I kissed him back. We kissed for like 2 minutes then I pulled away. "Wanna go with Carter, Julia, Mia and Nash to eat?" He asked.

"Sure." We texted them and they agreed on it. We walked out holding hands. We told them we made up so they were happy. Carter shot Matt dirty looks. Ughhh. The perks of having a protective best friend. I looked at him and he gave me the "I swear if he hurts you" look I get whenever I have a boyfriend. Because of Carter I only have had 1 boyfriend and I'm turning 17 in 2 days. He chases them away. I still love him but he's really protective. I saw Caitlin walk in with Hayes once we got to the lobby. "CAITLIN!" I screamed. People gave me dirty looks but I don't care. I ran over to her and hugged her. "Gia! I missed you so much!" She told me. "I know same! I have to tell you so much!" I told her. "I know Baylee facetimed me and told me what happened with Matt." She frowned. "It's ok now we made up." I told her smiling. "Awh yay" she said. I just smiled. I walked back to the group and we went to eat. Carter was still giving Matt dirty looks. "Carter can I talk to you... Alone?" I said angry. "Sure." He smirked. We walked to where the bathrooms were. "What are you doing?" I said. "What?" He asked. "You're giving Matt dirty looks!" I scolded. "Yeah because I don't trust him with you!" Carter told me. "Carter! You've known him literally forever." I said annoyed. "Well I don't want to see you hurt. You're like my little sister! I wouldn't do this for anyone else." He said. "Thanks but don't make it too obvious." I said smirking. "Ok weirdo." He said. I laughed. We walked back to the table. "Hey babe." Matt said welcoming me back. "Heyyy" I said kissing him. "What took you so long?" Nash said smirking. "She asked me something." Carter told him. "K" Mia said. We all got our food and ate. After talking, we soon finished. We walked upstairs and I went to Jasmins room. "Hey Jass" I said walking in. "Oh hey G!" She says really happy. "Someone's happy." I say laughing. "Yaaaa" she smirks. "So how's Mr. And Mrs. Espinosa?" She said with a giggle. "Good I guess." I answered. "What happened?" She said concerned. "I don't know it's just Carter doesn't trust Matt. He doesn't want him to hurt me so he doesn't think... I should date him." I said frowning. "Awh"Jasmin said. "I don't know what to do. Carter's like my brother and I love Matt." I just wanted to cry. It's so hard. "Listen, I would talk to Matt about it. See what he says." She told me. "Ok. Thanks Jass I'm gonna go do that now." She replied," Ok bye G". With that, I walked out. I was walking to my room when I heard someone. I felt like someone was following me. I ran to my room and safely got in. I started crying. "Gia?" Matt said. I just cried. "Babe, what happened?" Matt said worried. "S-someone is following me." I stuttered. "Oh my God! Gia don't worry I'll keep you safe. No matter where you go I'll be here." He hugged me. "Thanks." I said hugging him back. I made my decision and I'm staying with Matt. Carter will learn to deal with it. I'm just scared now. What if the person that's following me finds me and hurts me. I'm not going anywhere without the boys its not safe. Today we're leaving to go to Nashville. Me and Matt watched TV until we both got off our butts and started packing. We finished a half an hour later. We had to go to the airport in 20 minutes so me and Matt went to Carter's room. "Matt I'm scared." I said as we knocked on Carter's door. "Don't be I'm here. I'll protect you." He said squeezing me. Julia answered the door finally and told us to come in. I told Carter and Julia that someone was following me and Carter said," I swear if I ever find out who this asshole is I will kill them! They won't know what hit them!" "Carter it's ok." I told him. "No it's not! If something happens to you I'll die!" He said. "Carter..." I said trying to calm him. "You're like my sister no." He told us. "Guys I forgot my headphones in the room I'm gonna go get them." I said to everyone. "Do you want me to come." Matt and Carter said at the same time. "It's fine. I'll be ok." I said. I was walking out and I heard someone again. Oh no. I kept walking pretending like nothing happened when someone pulled me to them. They put their hand over my mouth and I couldn't speak. "Matt! Carter! Help!" I screamed. Carter and Matt came running out. The guy was dragging me around and I was screaming crying. Carter and Matt were running towards us crying. Mia came running out hysterical crying. I was crying screaming for them to help. I felt something hit me in the head. Then things went dark.
