Narrator's pov :

It was just like any other normal day of school Yein was sitting on a bench of her school's garden with her laptop on her lap . She was very pissed as she had lot of work to do because of the school magzine she was assigned to do by Yeju unnie who was her senior . While Teahyung who was passing by the corridor saw Yein in the garden so he thought to help her as he had nothing to do in his class . So he approached her and tapped on her shoulder .

Yein pov :

Someone tapped on my shoulder so I turned back to see who it was and ot was none other than one of the kingkas of this high school Taehyung . So I bowed at him as he was my sunbae and  just stared at him coldly and asked him whats the matter . " can I sit with you as I have nothing to do and you look a bit pissed so I thought I would be of some help " he replied . "Oh no thankyou sunbae I can do it on my own " I replied to him but as stubborn he is he insisted to help me . So I told him about the whole school magazine situation and he came up with a great idea . He said that   "we can have a photoshoot of the popular people in high school so that the others will be inspired and get some fashion tips from it " . "Thankyou sunbae you are the best . You seriously solved all my problems I dont know how to thank you for it " I smiled and replied to him . "You look good when you smile so why do you always keep that cold attitude" he asked her . "Sunbae that is just because I cant trust anyone because I am already hurted badly as I trusted someone without thinking twice" I replied and tears started flowing from my eyes . He then took me in his embrace and rubbed my back . He then whispered to me "hey dont cry you can always look up to me whenever you want or just call me I will be there for you as you are like my little sis so dont worry . I wont break your trust I promise" . Those comforting words made me smile because I knew I had someone other than my parents whom I can look up to . He was not my real brother but his comforting words made me feel like he is one .
The bell had rung signalling that it was recess I thanked Teahyung oppa and left to the cafeteria to be greeted by my best friends Anna and Seulgi . I waved at seventeen oppa's who were sitting a few tables away from us and I sat with my friends . As we were talking  about random stuff and everything Dino oppa came to our table and told me that he had something to talk about so I excused myself from my best friends and was walking beside Dino oppa he took me to the school's rooftop . We were at the rooftop he had nervousness written all over his face I can tell it because we were friends from childhood and I knew everything about him . "Oppa whats the matter why did you bring me here" I asked him . "Actually I had something to tell you from so many years but I didnt knew how to tell but I cant keep it anymore I started gaining feeling for you more then friends so I seriously like you " he said . My eyes were wide open and I was shocked with his confession I didn't knew what to tell him but he continued . "Its fine if you dont want to be with me but will you still be my best friend because I dont want to ruin our relationship for just a stupid reason of mine" he told . "Oppa I really didnt mean to hurt you but im still not ready to be with someone hope you understand and we are still best friends no one can come between our friendship" I said
