Chapter 32

*skip to doctors appointment*

Jake's Pov
We are at the doctors waiting for Erikas name to be called.

Doc: Costell?!

We went in with the doctor and he put some gel type stuff and moved a uh thing on her stomach and where ever the thing went you could see on a little screen. After about 5 minutes he stopped. And printed out the pictures. And Erika wiped the gel off of her stomach and we waited for the doctor while he examined the pictures.

Doc: okay Erika you are not pregnant

E: I sense a but

Doc: but you can never get pregnant

Erika looked at the doctor tears filling her eyes

J: can we have moment please

Doc: of course you can leave whenever you want.

Once the doctor left the room Erikas hand moved to her mouth trying to be quiet because she crying hard and loud. I wrapped my arms around her and she cried into my chest.

E: I'm so sorry Jake

J: you didn't do anything wrong

She continued sobbing into my chest until we decided to go home. When we walked in she went straight to our room while everyone asked questions I went and checked on Amya.

Am: daddy!

Amya always smiled when she saw me and I smiled back at her.

J: hey baby girl

I went and sat with her and she crawled over to my lap

Am: where's mommy

J: mommy is napping and she could really use one of your cuddles

Am: otay

I picked Amya up and brought her over to our room. She crawled into bed and cuddled up to Erika.

Am: hi mommy

Erika turned over forgetting her face was wet from crying

E: hi baby

Am: mommy face wet

E: I'm okay

Am: I tired

Erika pulled Amya closer to her and we went to sleep along with Amya.

*3 hours later*

Me and Amya woke up so I made her some lunch and went and woke Erika up.

J: Mikey

E: hmm

J: you gotta get up

E: I don't wanna

I leaned down and gave her a kiss.

E: okay maybe

I leaned down and gave her a long kiss

E: okay I'm coming

Erika got up and we met everyone down stairs in the kitchen.

Erikas Pov
I don't want have to build up and talk about it so.....

E: I can't have kids

Everyone looked at me

E: like ever.

S: I'm sorry Erika

E: don't pity me

L: why aren't you sad
